Take a break and unwind at our peaceful home in the trees overlooking Hayden Lake. Enjoy coffee on the deck overlooking the lake, or bbq some dinner with your family and friends. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a hot tub, fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. Close to Honeysuckle Bay and Sportsman Park for lake access. Located between Couer d'Alene and Sandpoint, close to Silver mountain and Schweitzer mountain for summer and winter sports.

Private and secluded home in the trees with a view of Hayden Lake. Plenty of parking including room to park your boat in the driveway. Located off the 95, centrally located between Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint. Enjoy quiet and tranquility at home or venture out to enjoy all the area has to offer.

4 miles to Honeysuckle Beach for lake access (our home does not have access to the lake)

Guests have access to the home, driveway and garage to park in.

Our home has 3 mini-splits for air conditioning and heating, central heat, and an electric fireplace for heat in the downstairs bedroom.

We have high speed wireless internet but due to our rural location can occasionally have short periods of slowness. Enabling Wi-Fi calling on your cell phone can make for clearer phone calls.

We live in the woods near the lake which provides a peaceful, quiet environment and beautiful view. It also means we have all types of wildlife. Deer, foxes, hawks, eagles, bats, cougars, as well as more pesky neighbors like mice and some flying bugs in the summer. We have regular professional pest control to keep our house pest free, but you may see some of the above animal neighbors. Keeping the screen door closed at all times also helps.
