The house was clean and the hosts thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed exploring the area. The host was outstanding.

I’m not sure why cords were unplugged and removed from the t.v’s but that was a hassle to deal with along with furniture being moved around. This was a horrible experience.

This house was indeed cozy! The bed were very comfy and they made sure to have lots of extra amenities. We were there on a very hot weekend and the AC units were very lovely. The home is right next to an event center so there was a night that the music next door was loud, very late. My family and I felt very safe with the security system and had a very lovely stay. We hope to stay there again!

Great house/location

Came to Benton City to spend some time enjoying Red Mountain wineries. Great couple of days and truly enjoyed the house. Very clean, everything we needed was there. Easy check in process. Only downside was how bright the bedroom was first thing in the morning and the fact that the bed we slept in sure didn't seem like a queen size.

Enjoyed our stay at “Sip&Stay”. Clean and comfortable for us and our little dog. TV’s in the living room and the bedrooms, and great fenced backyard with nice grass for pup. Patio is cute too. Super close to many great wineries. The owner is great and responds quickly of questions. One bed did seem to be small for a queen size. Has a full-size stove/oven and dishwasher, washer n dryer. Could use a microwave for reheating coffee, etc but we got by no problem. Overall a great stay, no issues. We’d stay there again!

Great stay for Red Mountain Wineries

Amber has a fabulous property. Very well equipped with thought given to every detail. The house is located about a mile from the famed Red Mountain AVA. Bonus! There is a wonderful coffee shop located about 50 feet away. It’s like having your own barista. Great place for dogs. Fully fenced big yard.

Positives-Great communication, accurate listing, no dog fees, bottle of wine, close to the freeway, nice view, nice to have Netflix on tv, great WI-FI, and fenced yard.Negatives-the house was a bit dirty (area rug had some spots, fridge not cleaned, some dusty areas, cobwebs, a broom with lots of hair on it next to fridge), noisy from roads with sirens going off a few times and fireworks, no microwave, and the mattresses were very soft.

Kelly was a pleasant stay and followed most the house rules. They didn’t mention their dog peed a pretty big puddle on an area rug and found that upon arriving to the house. The smell was pretty foul and the carpet needed to be replaced. The tone quickly changed when Kelly was asked to recover damages made by her pet. Kelly made suggestions on taking the area rug to the laundry mat, etc. unfortunately this area rug is too big for a washer. Kelly wasn’t pleased with having to pay for damages by her pet but pet damages are expected to be replaced/or repaired and that does fall on the owners accountability. I would not host this individual again based on their unprofessionalism as pet owners.

A Nice Surprise!

We have had good VRBO experiences and we have had not so good. This house was wonderful. Clean, stylish, comfortable and a wonderful back yard for the pups. The only downside is that the property is very light at night. I am one that likes a very dark bedroom so it was a distraction for me. The lovely manager said she was going to address that issue. We would certainly stay here again if in the area.

5 Star Win! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amber’s place is just as you see. It’s super cute, decorated beautifully so you feel like you’re home. It’s very comfortable and she provides you with all the nice extra details. We had a wine weekend planned with friends who live in Benton City but aren’t set up for guests at their home. This was the perfect touch down spot. I was also able to bring my “little bubbas” aka: Boston terrier twins and they had a wonderful time running laps in her plush, fully fenced backyard. We enjoyed an evening sitting by the fire and bbq dinner. We felt so relaxed that we didn’t want to leave back to parenting reality. Ha! Amber was lovely to communicate with and was speedy to respond with any questions we had. Thank you, we will be back for sure. I would highly recommend this place, you will enjoy your stay very much!
