The space:
Cabin includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

Main Level:
-Fully equipped kitchen which includes a Nespresso and pods, air-fryer/toaster oven, blender and a kettle.
-Living room with plenty of comfortable seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, a fireplace, and plenty of board games and toys for your children
-Dining room with a breathtaking view of the golf course
-A full bathroom stocked with Nest shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream. Hand soap is also provided.

Second Level:
-First room includes a double size bed
-Second room includes a queen size bed and a dedicated workstation
-Full bathroom equipped with hair dryer, Nest shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body cream. Hand soap is also provided.

Lower Level:
-Room includes a king size bed
-Full bathroom stocked with hair dryer, Nest shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body cream. Hand soap is also provided.
-Laundry room with a washer dryer and detergent pods.
-Door to patio which includes a grill, dining table and chairs making it a perfect spot for al fresco dining.

Gas Grill:
When finished using the grill, please use the provided grill scraper to scrape the grill gate
When finished, please ensure the grill is clean, gas is turned off and cover is put back on once the grill is cool to touch. If for any reason you need a fire extinguisher, one is located under the kitchen sink for your safety.
This is important in prevention of starting forest fires.
GRILLS HAVE CAUSED ACCIDENTAL FIRES IN THIS COMMUNITY BEFORE SO PLEASE BE SAFE.

-No outdoor shoes in the house, disposable slippers are provided upon entry.
-No smoking indoors.
-No parties or events.
-Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
-No pets allowed.
-Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
-Please respect check-in and check-out times.
-Please load and run the dishwasher on the heavy cycle before your departure.
-Please do not leave any trash in or outside the property. You may drop off trash at the MPOA Community Dumpsters (search on Google Maps) located at 4007 Peak Drive.
-You may use the propane fire pit and indoor fireplace. Burning wood is not allowed anywhere on the property.

You are welcome to use the entire cabin. The only place is not available, is the closet at the entry.
Other things to note
All bedrooms are situated either upstairs or downstairs. If you have young children and are concerned about their safety around stairs, please bring a baby gate for added peace of mind.

Please remember that you're staying in a home. We kindly ask you to treat the space with the same respect you would your own. While we strive to address any issues as quickly as possible, there is no on-site staff available 24/7.

To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the home, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes and use the provided disposable slippers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Insect Notice: Eden’s Dacha is nestled in the heart of nature, which means you may encounter some of our friendly insect neighbors. While we maintain thorough pest control, it's normal to see a few critters during your stay.

Weather Warning: Mountain weather can be unpredictable, with the possibility of storms or power outages. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance for peace of mind, as we do not offer weather-related refunds outside of our cancellation policy. This ensures you're covered in case you need to make any changes to your travel plans.

Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and the security of our property, there is a doorbell camera installed on the main entrance door and floodlight cameras at the front and side of the cabin.

***MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES***

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
-Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
-Keep noise indoors during these hours.
-No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
-Keep all tires off the road.
-Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
-Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
-No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
