LOCATION:
Located in the "Eldorado Acres" subdivision, our quiet serene neighborhood features a touch of old nostalgic Florida with a splash of a new emerging frontier. Being in a self contained, non gated community with approximately 300 homes, traffic and congestion is minimized and shielded from the surrounding developing areas.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
As you drive through the neighborhood, you will notice the streets, some paved some dirt, but all narrow so parking is limited to driveways. So as you approach our house, you will notice a large beautiful earthtone paver driveway which holds up to four cars! Garage parking for a 5th car is available inside the garage with approval of the owner.
 
SUNRISES AND SUNSETS:
Sunrises and sunsets are a secret pleasure that comes with this home. The house is positioned with the front overlooking the west and the back overlooking the east. Walk out the front door after dinner and capture some awesome sunsets. Sit on the back lanai with your morning cup of coffee and watch the beautiful rise to start your wonderful day ahead.

CONVENIENCE AND ENJOYMENT:
Convenience and enjoyment were top of mind when building and designing this vacation rental. The first nicety that you will notice as you approach the front door are two oversized 8' two-panel insulated fiberglass doors which open to make bringing in or out your luggage, food or beverages easy. The front door is equipped with a electronic keypad so you do not have to worry about keys during your stay. However, if for some reason a key is necessary, a lockbox is attached to the door handle with a spare key.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
As you walk through the front door, you will enter into a spacious living room and kitchen with an adjacent diving area featuring an open-concept interior design. Upgraded ceramic cannes tile flooring has been installed throughout the house giving it an unpolished stone natural look.

OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING
The living room contains a large leather cream sofa and a beige upolstered pullout sectional sofa bed to view the 75" Roku Smart TV. The kitchen has a center island equipped with a white granite counter top, sink, dishwasher and 4 barstools for seating under its overhang lip. Perfect for preparing a meal while hanging out with the rest of your guests as they watch TV or sitting at the table overlooking the outside pool. Adjacent and within close reach is a coffee bar assigned with a single cup Kuerig for individual cups of joe or a coffee pot for brewing for a larger group of guests. Plenty of cabinet space to house your groceries during your stay.

LANAI AND POOL:
Ready for some fun in the sun? Open up the triple sliding glass doors and enter into our 60' by 16' screened in Lania with a 24' by10' heated and lit in ground pool. Eat a meal or just relax outside in the shade at our outdoor glass table and chairs for four. Fridge on the lanai! Easy access to your favorite beverages and chilled appetizers. Your tropical cocktails are close at hand. No need to interrupt the fun or drip your way to the kitchen fridge to wet your whistle.

Relax poolside and work on your tan with one of our three lounge chairs. Or run for cover and retreat to our shaded 3 seated outdoor cushioned loveseat and coffee table. Mother nature calling...? Pop into the full bathroom within the second bed/bath suite with direct pool door access from the lanai.

Want to play a game and chat it up with friends over a drink or two, set up "cornhole" in the open lanai area. Or if you need some one-on-one time away from the pool in the sun, a table for two is waiting at the far end of the lanai just for you!

BEDROOMS AND BATHS:
When its time to rest, our house boasts 2 bedroom suites, each with queen beds and direct access to the lanai/pool.

Bedroom Suite #1, the main bedroom, is equipped with a 55" Smart TV, an attached bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and tub, dual vanity sinks, a private toilet area which are all adjacent to the washer and dryer area to conveniently launder when ready. The bedroom area also has a desk for the "digital nomad" or our guests that want to stay connected to work while vacationing. Direct access to the pool through a tinted door leading to the pool/lanai area. Loveseat included for additional friends to watch TV or read a good book. Finally, enough floor space to blow up and drop down our conveniently supplied air mattresses for an additional guests who is having so much fun they want to stay over!

Bedroom Suite # 2 also has a 55" Smart TV a private bathroom with a shower/tub como. Direct access to the pool through a tinted door leading to the pool/lanai area.

Bedroom #3 and #4 both have 32" Smart TVs with a queen and 2 twins beds respectively.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans with lights, high ceilings (9' 4'), and plenty of closet space.
