Rise & Shine great September stay!!

We were very pleased with our stay at Rise & Shine! Very clean, kitchen appeared well equipped and roomy, everything labeled making it easy to find everything. Beds were super comfortable! A+. 2 of the King Bedrooms a little small but workable for us. Highly recommend.

Very nice and cozy place to stay!

The house is in great condition and has a lot of kitchen appliances to use. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Super convenient! Great location to shops, restaurants and mini golf/arcades. Overall, a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Beach access was a short walk about 1.5 blocks. It had everything we needed on site. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day of shopping.

Great place! Very, very clean. Lots of amenities. One thing to note that I didn't see in the property description ... one of the bedrooms (with a king bed) can only be accessed through thru another bedroom (with two twin beds). There is a door the separates the two rooms, but it kind of messed up the sleeping arrangements for our group. Other than that, the place was wonderful!

Great for a beach vacation with several couples

I love that this house only has King beds- it makes it so much more comfortable for several couples, and there are some kids beds too. The beach is right around the corner, and the house is really great for a family get together

Great house in a great location close to multiple beach access points. Thoughtfully stocked kitchen and entertainment/games. Perfect for 5 adults and two children. Definitely would book again.

These items and checkout procedures are outlined in the check-in information sent prior to arrival, and we actually removed the towel-washing request several months ago, so we’ll review our materials to make sure no outdated information remains anywhere. The home was exceptionally clean, communication was smooth and responsive, and the hosts were clearly attentive to every guest’s needs. One of the biggest perks for us was how pet-friendly it was—it made our getaway so much easier and more enjoyable.
