Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located 3 miles east of town and situated on the White River and OHV trail so you can float the river or ride the trail directly from the property. Plenty of room to park and load/unload your ATVs or snowmobiles with the White River National Forest conveniently just up the road. No fishing allowed on the property but it is adjacent to a public wildlife and fishing access area which is a very short walk and accessible directly from the property.
Enter through your private entrance to find a studio suite with a minifridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, water cooler and toaster. The space stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Upstairs, you will pass through the laundry room to your private bathroom. Also up the stairs, you can walk out onto your private deck with a propane grill and breathtaking Eastern and Southern views where you can watch the sunrise while enjoying morning coffee (provided), relax throughout the day to the sound of the flowing river or enjoy evening dinner at the patio table overlooking the river and wildlife area.
