Great stay

Great stay for a few nights! Close walk to the beach. The parking lot lights were dim at night. Would have felt a little safer returning back to the place at night if there were more lights. Other than that it was a great stay.

Nice unit, right across from Denny.s and other restaurants. Had just about everything you need. I would bring a blanket to use if watching tv ,etc. nice channel selections on tv, you can also see bay and ocean on balcony . House keeper just needs to be more attention to toilets, but as a precaution the we clean them every where l go . Also rental office could be a bit more friendly there was one lady who said hello after l stood there a minute,

The property itself was okay but it wasn’t very clean. The kitchen was extremely poorly stocked. We had to buy our own pans to cook at home because all of the cook wear was old, chipping, scratched. One of the perks of a condo is being able to cook so that was a big negative for our stay here.

If you are looking for a place to some time in Ocean City this will fulfill your bare minimum requirements. Location is close to the public transit but far away from most of the tourist destinations. The actual property itself is fine but a little run down showing wear and tear in the bathrooms. Be advised that they require you to pay additional money to have sheets at the property which are just barely adequate. Additionally you need to bring all of your own paper products including toilet paper which we found to be somewhat outrageous considering basic necessities should be included with a booking package. Nothing overly wrong with the place, just nothing remotely spectacular about it. If you're just looking for a place to sleep this works, otherwise look elsewhere for accommodations .

At your own risk

At first glance the property doesnt look bad. When first used dishes half the plates and silverware still had food on them. So started off running running dishes thru the dishwasher. The blinds to the patio were next to impossible to open and close. Worn out and tattered. There are not 2 queen beds, there is 1 and a pull out matress that is as uncomfortable as sleeping on rocks. The issue that topped it all off was the cockroaches. I took pics, showed them to the property manager and we left early. Hopefully they fumigated before the next check in.

Hi Rhonda Thank you for taking the time to review our property. From my understanding, we did not hear from you until the end of your stay. We take complaints seriously and will always take steps to correct as quickly as possible. I am sorry that previous guest put dirty dishes in the cabinet, this seems a bit lazy when the property has a dishwasher. Obviously our cleaners do not check clean dishes in the cabinets, so I will apoligize on behalf of the former renters. I do not see a record of the blinds having problems but we certainly could have had a fix for that. The property was inspected for roaches and none were found, we still had it treated as a precaution. The owner is in the property and will be checking everything during their stay to make sure all is well. We are sorry that you had issues, as we pride ourselves on taking care of any issues as quickly as possible to make sure our guests have a great experience with us and a wonderful vacation.

Good location but leaves something to be desired

This place was a great location and was suitable for the two of us. Our biggest concern with the rental was the cleanliness when we checked in. First thing we noticed was sand everywhere. Yeah I understand we are at the beach and there will inevitably be sand but this seemed like it was not swept up at all or even attempted. Second was dirty dishes lol n the kitchen sink. Again just look like no attempt was made to clean it up. Also the counter tops were dirty with crumbs. Third issue was the bathrooms. There was tooth paste on the counter and in the sink were both bathrooms and both toilets were not cleaned and mirrors were filthy. As for the living room and bedroom areas we had no issues with them and slept comfortably in the bed. Once we got things cleaned up to our satisfaction we enjoyed our stay. The location is great and being a top end unit we did not have much noise to deal with. We enjoyed our time and would stay again if it’s just the two of us as long as the cleanliness issues are addressed.

Deceiving from the outside

Our unit was clean and updated. Perfect size for a weekend getaway. Bathroom needs an update and it’s very noisy outside of on the balcony. Sound proof balcony door helps for inside. And a good location to the beach. You don’t have to cross the main road. Would stay here again for a weekend getaway.

Great location and very clean!

Me, my husband, and our 18 month old daughter stayed here for a mini week and we really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean. It was also very convenient to everything. We were able to fit a pack n play on the bedroom for our daughter. The condo is near a main area for traffic so there could be a lot of road noise at times, but it didn't interfere with our stay. We definitely recommend staying here!

The location of this property is great! The beach is a 2 min walk. Tons of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Check in was easy and fast! Had ZERO problems while there so I didn't have to really contact anyone. The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all. I would recommend you bring an airmattress!

Perfect!

This was absolutely perfect for our family of 3! Was the perfect size & great location. Few minutes drive to the boardwalk and other attractions. We stumbled across this listing after agonizing over cramped, old looking hotels/motels and could not have been happier. And no it’s not brand spanking new and you can tell it’s been lived in and loved. But even our teen daughter had zero complaints. Was the bed the most comfortable ever? No. Obviously not in a vacation rental. But it was fine for 4 nights. Having a kitchen (full size fridge, dish washer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) and washer/dryer was amazing. Did not hear one peep from anyone else in the building or any outside noises. Air conditioning also worked fantastic. Hoping to be able to rent this unit again next year.

Very nice but some issues need be addressed

Place is very nice however floors were a bit dirty and beds were horribly uncomfortable. Pull out couch bed was extremely uncomfortable and dangerous as metal frame patrudes from sides and mattres is about 2 inches in thickness as you lay on it. We had to take mattress off frame and lay it on the floor and my poor son had to sleep on the hard floor. Bed in room was hard as a rock very uncomfortable and quite dirty but overall Place itself has a lot of potential if they were to upgrade the bad situation that is our only complaint
