Bring a boat and tie up to our private dock that leads right to our front porch. No boat? No worries! There’s a local water taxi ( guests are responsible to pay & arrange, but we’re here to answer questions). Sebastian Inlet Park is located minutes away, but make sure you soak up everything this little gem has to offer

Snuggle on comfortable porch furniture watching boats along the inter coastal waterway, Indian River. Explore the nearby sanctuaries by boat or hang out on our private dock and let the manatees, porpoises, and pelicans come to you. Stroll along the sandy path that leads to a small private beach for island residents. We love the laid back Grant Farm Island community and hope you will too!
