Ski Trail 207 is located just outside of the base area at Steamboat Resort. During the summer you have direct access to some of the best mountain biking in the state or take the gondola up to Thunderhead to catch a sunset happy hour and plenty of great hiking trails. In the winter, depending on conditions, Ski Trail 207 has ski-in ski-out access to world class skiing and snowboarding. There are also many great restaurants, bars and a connivence store all within walking distance.

Steps to restaurants and bars.

On free bus route to base area and downtown (comes by every 10 minutes)

Parking lot (2 spaces unassigned) - RVs, campers, trailers, etc are not allowed to be parked in the lot or street per the neighborhood HOA.

No smoking or pets allowed.

Enter Ski Trail 207 up one flight of stairs from the parking lot. There is a keyless lock on the door and you will be provided with the code 48 hours before check-in. Open the door to a beautiful living room with modern furniture and a wood burning fireplace and flat screen tv that has both cable and streaming services.

There is a small table with four stools for your group to play games and have meals. The living room has a comfy couch, two leather chairs and a chair from ski lift! Relax after a long day with the wood burning fireplace and large flat screen tv.

The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and everything you need to feel right at home and cook all of your favorite meals.

Past the entry area is a hallway that leads to both bedrooms.

Straight ahead is the Guest Bedroom that has a king bed, dresser and closet. Perfect for any couple or single traveler. There is a closet that has a box fan and humidifier for your connivence.

The Master Bedroom is on the right side of the hallway and has an ensuite bathroom. The Master bathroom features a tub/shower combination and a single sink. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and a small desk area for remote working. There are plenty of pillows for you to be comfortable and a humidifier and box fan.

The second bathroom is on the left side of the hallway. The bathroom with a tub/shower combination is separated from the vanity.
