Los Delfines Condo, the perfect Pura Vida couple getaway awaits!

Relax in our luxury one bedroom, two bath newly built Azul del Mar condo and enjoy our scenic backyard patio views of the creek, trees and wildlife.

We are located in the much sought after gated community of Los Delfines Golf and Country Club surrounded by lush vegetation and mountain views.

The area is home to wildlife such as Scarlet Macaws, WhiteTailed Deer, Howler Monkeys and wide variety of birds. This community is located in the Nicoya Peninsula, Punteranes with over 6km of private beach.

THE SPACE

Enjoy our tranquil Costa Rica condo oasis that backs onto one of the most beautiful golf courses in Costa Rica, in the community of Los Delfines. The community boasts over 6 km of gorgeous beach (located in one of the five blue zones in the world which is where the world's longest-lived people are located ) surrounded by lush vegetation, wildlife and mountain views. And only 20 minutes from Cobano airport.

Our community is located in the Nicoya Peninsula, Puntarenas with a private beach that has calm waves and gorgeous sunrises. The beach is less than a 1km walk from our condo. The beach is safe for swimming and best suited for relaxing or jumping in the waves. If you are lucky, you might get to swim with manta rays and see dolphins or whales within the bay.

Our newly built 2024 condo is 700 square feet, that has extra large patio doors that open up to a private 300 sq ft patio backing onto a creek facing the golf course. You can relax on the patio outside under the canopy of trees and enjoy the colourful macaws, howler monkeys, iguanas, white-tail deer, hummingbirds, and the sounds of various other birds.

Within the community you have access to tennis courts and pickle ball (there are two pickle ball paddles and 3 balls in the laundry room), yoga, golf (for a fee), basketball, beach volleyball, and beach activities. Please refer to our "Welcome Booklet" for the latest activities. We are also happy to connect you with others who rent golf carts, tours, rent cars, etc.

There is so much to see and do in the area. Enjoy leisurely walks on the private beach and the beautiful sunset/sunrise views. Directly off our beach you can organize boat tours to the beautiful Tortuga Island, book fishing tours, enjoy the bioluminescence tour, visit the Tambor Bay Turtle Rescue, take a horse back ride on the beach or up the mountain, snorkeling, kayaking, and so much more.

There are also local waterfalls to visit. Enjoy the town of Montezuma which is about a 30 minute drive where you can hike the gorgeous waterfalls and enjoy one of the many restaurants. Experience the popular town of Santa Teresa which is about 40 minutes drive away and is known for surfing, dining, and night life. CURU Wildlife park is very close by with hiking trails, includes a beautiful beach, and lots of diverse wildlife. Spend the afternoon at the Floridia waterfalls which is on the way to Cobano. There is a small general convenience store located steps away just across the street from the Azul del Mar condos complex. As well as larger grocery stores are in the local towns of Cobano and Paquera.

Vendors arrive at the front gates of Los Delfines on weekends selling various fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, baking products, yogurts, smoothies, local honey, and various crafts. You can enjoy weekly fresh deliveries in the community of bakery items, fresh seafood, meats, and more! The local fish market is located in the local small fishing village of Tambor.

COMFORTS OF OUR CONDO
Our new condo (2024) is on the ground floor and furnished with everything you need to make it a home away from home.

Are you a coffee lover?.. there is a drip coffee maker. Tea lover?… there is a kettle. Smoothie lover?… there is a ninja blender. Need to take it on the go, there are to go drink containers. As well as plenty of storage containers.

Enjoy a nice outdoor BBQ in our private backyard with a seating sectional. Or cook using our air fryer/toaster oven, microwave or stove-top. Our dining table seats six.

Don’t feel like cooking? …there is beach restaurant (the Rancho) located right on the beach offering a range of cuisine where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks as well as dancing and karaoke.

There are also many restaurants within driving distance and that offer delivery. Refer to our "Welcome Booklet" for additional details.

Our bedroom has a queen bed with high quality linen, includes a closet and a full ensuite with walk-in shower. There is also another full bathroom with a hair dryer. Each bathroom has two large towels, three hand towels, two face cloths, and two large quick dry beach towels.

There is high speed fiber optic wifi and 55 inch smart TV (please use your own login credentials). There is a dvd player with an available selection of dvds. There are also board games, cards, and a few books.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses, water jug, cutlery, seating for six, and more. Our tap water is pure and drinkable and the 36 inch fridge/freezer has an ice maker with cold water dispenser.

There are three ceiling fans and two A/C units; one in the bedroom and a large one in the main space.

Our condo has its own washer and dryer located in the laundry room and a clothes drying rack.

The laundry room also has two beach chairs.

In the cupboards there are two coolers (small and medium size) to help with those outing days as well as an umbrella if you are coming in the lushness of rainy season.

There is also free parking on site within the condo complex.

Only a few steps away from our condo is our community pool for the Azul del Mar guests only to enjoy. There are washrooms, outdoor showers, tables, chairs, and covered second floor.

We hope your stay and experience will be amazing. We have created a beautiful, relaxing, and modern space to make your stay exceptional.

CHECK-IN

Check-in is easy as a code will be sent to you before your arrival. You will need to provide us with your ID (passport or Costa Rican ID) at time of booking as well as upon arriving at the front gate for validation by the security guards to gain access into the community.



THINGS TO NOTE
• No pets or kids allowed
• Quiet time is 10PM to 7am daily
• No parties allowed on the property
-Maximum occupancy: two (2) persons
• No smoking or vaping on or in the property
• Put garbage bags in the containers on both sides of the condo complex
• Recycling is located in the front close to the pool
• Do not leave any food outside for animals
• Upon booking, we will send you our Welcome Booklet with additional information on our community and area.


As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity, and internet could occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside the host's control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, sponge/dish rag, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as they need them.

Reminder: Maximum Occupancy: The condo accommodates a maximum of 2 people.Additional occupants are not permitted and will result in a fine.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the condo. Any violation will result in a cleaning fee and fine.
