Howdy! We are Adam & Adriana and we proudly operate Valley & Peak Property Co.
This was the first unit we dipped our toes into hosting with and we haven't looked back.
We encourage you to come live like a local in the most welcoming suite around. It is located in the lower level of the home and is finished with all the right touches.
Where else will you arrive to a bottle of wine, cold sparkling water, snacks, and pillow chocolates?!
In the summer, our well equipped and cozy apartment will be the perfect escape from the sun. It can get hot out here in the valley! The unit stays nice and cool. Just in case, we do have central air throughout the house. Don't get caught in an above grade place without a/c - trust us on this one!
There is ample opportunity for walking, biking, hiking, and fishing without having to turn on the car. Our property is located between pigeon creek and the Bow River - a truly picturesque location. Want to know about the secret river swing or the bonfire pit on the beach?? Just ask! For young families, there is a great park a few houses down the street.
We have a private outdoor seating area and barbecue for your use. A campfire in our backyard can be arranged!
In winter, the in-floor heating will keep you toasty warm after a day of skiing, skating, show-shoeing, or one of the other many winter activities the Bow Valley has to offer. Our neighbourhood offers a skating rink and cross country ski tracks can often be found on the path behind our home.
We pride ourselves in the tranquility of the space and the area we are located and do not welcome large groups or parties here. If you are looking for this type of experience, we won't be the right fit for you.

It is located just out of town, but close to all amenities. There is nature all around. Our guests love walking the paths and the hiking trails that are all close by. With a new coffee shop, liquor store, and more nature than anyone could ever need, guests can stay with us and never have to turn on the car!

This is one of a few properties in the Bow Valley that has a heated pool and hot tub that are available to guests year round. And the unit is professionally decorated and absolutely stunning!!!
