Upon booking this property, you will have sole access to both the main space and the Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU), including the living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom, and the studio apartment with its own kitchenette and bathroom. Your privacy is our priority, and no other guests will share these spaces during your stay.

You can also enjoy full use of the front deck, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening drinks. This area is reserved exclusively for you.

The ADU, located in the basement, offers additional privacy and convenience with its own private entrance, located below the front door to the left. The layout ensures minimal interaction; basement guests will only be seen when entering or leaving the property.
