Relax in this entire peaceful home, all to yourselves. Renovated 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath, Farmette (minus the farm animals) sleeps 6 comfortably.
The farmhouse sits on 1+ acre, and is surrounded by agricultural farm preservation land. Built in 1938, it has been tenderly updated and modernized, yet the home retains its original charm.
The two-story home includes bed linens, pillows, and towels, along with endless star gazing, and restful nights. A newly renovated first floor bathroom encompasses a large tiled shower.
You will feel like you are in the country, away from the hustle and bustle, with lovely day-breezes and night star-gazing, yet close to amenities.

We are a partnership of owners located within the Lewes area. We tenderly spent nine months refurbishing this 1938 farmhouse & brought it up to modern standards, while maintaining its old charm. We provide a relaxed atmosphere with the type of accouterments that we would appreciate.
The most important part of a successful rental is the communication between owners and renters. If there is an issue then we are minutes away from the Farmette to assist when needed, or if there are no problems then we are happy to simply allow our guests their privacy.
Rates:
During the summer months of May through September we rent daily (3 night minimum). Monthly discounted rates are NOT available during summer months.
Storage garages:
Our storage garages are a separate rental entity from our rental house. The garages (only) may be accessed by owners and our storage renters, during reasonable hours, without notice to the house renter(s), however effort to notify our house renters in advance will be taken so that the parking areas will be clear of vehicles.
The most important part of a successful rental is the communication between owners and renters. If there is an issue then we are minutes away from the Farmette to assist when needed, or if there are no problems then we are happy to simply allow our guests their privacy.
