Hi Ann, thank you for your kind review, we’re so glad you and your family had a comfortable stay😊 We appreciate your feedback as well. As a self-catering home, we provide coffee essentials not pantry food items. But we’ll certainly keep your note in mind as we continue to enhance the guest experience. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for choosing Amaze Manors. We look forward to hosting you again!

Hi Tina, Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad you found the home clean and well kept. Regarding the outdoor area, the canopy damage was caused by recent stormy weather and high winds, which unfortunately couldn’t have been foreseen. We understand your concern about the pool and hot tub as well—outdoor areas can be impacted by weather and pigeons, though we do have deterrents in place and the pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. To respect guest privacy, maintenance isn’t scheduled during stays unless requested. Once you reached out, we were happy to promptly address your concerns so you could fully enjoy the pool and spa. We appreciate your stay and are glad we could take care of everything during your visit. We’d love the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience.

Thank you Alexander for your review, we are so glad you it was upto your expectations. And we will strive for improvements based on your feeback. We hope to welcome you back again! :)

Thank you for your rating Melissa! We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and are glad to have hosted you. We hope you enjoyed your stay, and we'd love the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.
