Large, renovated farmhouse for long term rental in South Haven, MI

This quaint farmhouse is located about 6 minutes (1.6 miles) from Lake Michigan beaches and Downtown South Haven. Enjoying South Haven come back and enjoy the big yard, plus smiles & laughter by the large firepit.

The farmhouse has been updated on the main level. There is a dining room, large kitchen, a living room, with TV, and an enclosed porch area for relaxing with your morning coffee, reading a good book, or just spending time with friends or family.
There is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom, with a bathtub on the main level.

There are three bedrooms with queen beds, and a bedroom with a bunk bed with a full and twin bunk. There is a small bathroom with a 36" shower on the upstairs level.

There is some A-C and a dehumidifier that helps to keep the farmhouse reasonably cooler and with lower humidity than outside. The whole house fan works well and is a nice natural way to cool the home when the temperature outside is lower than the inside temperature, and it cools the house quickly when this is used.

If you want lots of bedroom space and a cozy home type place to stay for a long term stay in South Haven, then this is a great option! Please note, it does NOT have whole house A-C.

The yard has plenty of space to sit outside, and there is a picnic table and a grill that is available for your use. It will be the guests responsibility to fill the propane and keep the grill cleaned.

Adjacent to the yard is a big barn, pole barn garage, former chicken coop and an older 5th Wheel Montana RV that are the property of Hidden Ponds RV Resort and are not available to guests.

The RV Resort has a visitors pass required, but, if you request, we may allow you to have a day pass, without paying the $15/person fee, and use the heated pool and Wellness trail, as long as you follow all rules/regulations.
