Welcome to Evergreen Cabin. Relax with your entire family in our peaceful Adirondack cabin and enjoy the hot tub. Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort is an 11 mile / 20 minute drive that takes you through a stunning scenic notch along the West Branch of the Ausable River. Lake Placid is 20 miles / 30 minutes away.

Our cozy cabin is nestled on almost one acre, surrounded by birch and pine trees. The main floor's living area is open concept, with high vaulted ceilings that allow plenty of natural light to flow in. This main floor features a family room, full kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining space, a primary bedroom with a closet and full bathroom, two additional bedrooms (one queen bed each), a full bathroom, entrance to fenced backyard with deck, a two car garage and a front porch. To be clear, the cabin has two bathrooms: the primary bedroom's full bathroom and the second full bath are both on the main level; they are the only bathrooms. Up the stairs, you will find the loft with couches, chairs, and four twin beds.

Upon entering the finished basement, the first room you will come across is the game/media room. It is equipped with a TV, surround sound system, and a seating area. For added enjoyment, there are games like foosball, a mini pool table, a putting green, and board games. Down the hall, you will find the fourth bedroom, which features a queen bed. There is a washer and dryer available for your use as well. All TVs come with Amazon Fire Sticks.

In the fenced backyard there is a hot tub, a gravel area to your right for your dogs, a deck with four chairs and a table, a smokeless fire pit and a charcoal grill. Wood for the smokeless fire pit may be purchased at roadside stands and local stores. Charcoal is available at stores. Evergreen Cabin is dog-friendly at $75 per dog per stay, up to two dogs.

This property has two exterior security cameras: front entry and driveway. The neighborhood is a quiet, peaceful place. In an effort to be a good neighbor, and adhere to the Town's noise ordinance, events and parties are not permitted. Quiet hours include 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Underage drinking is not allowed. Smoking and vaping are not permitted.

You will enjoy full use of the cabin (with the exception of the owner’s closet and shed), hot tub, fenced backyard, and attached garage. Ample parking is provided in the driveway and garage.

We will contact you the day before arrival with your custom keypad code and welcome information through the booking platform’s message system and, if provided, to your email address. For your stay, we provide 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 4 dishwasher pods, 5 laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap and hand soap. Please let us know if you need additional supplies. A washcloth, bathing towel and a towel for the hot tub are provided for each guest.

We will not be around in person, but we are available to you through email. Please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please park in the driveway and not on the street. The hot tub should be covered when not in use.

We ask that Wednesday evening guests please bring the trash & recycling bins to the road for Thursday morning collection. Enjoy the fire pit, remembering to collect trash and be sure the embers are out. The garage is a good place to store muddy gear and snowy winter gear.

Guests are asked to enter email and phone number to access free WiFi at this location. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

AuSable Acres Homeowners’ Association offers trails, Lake Eaton (not recommended for swimming), pickleball / tennis courts, and Ausable River fishing at the end of Signor Rd. Current NYS fishing licenses are required. If asked for the HOA amenities pass, please offer our address as the owners are current members of the HOA. We can send you an image of the pass; the pickleball / tennis court code is on it.

Occasionally, dependent upon our cleaning schedule and other bookings, we might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out (up to 2:00 pm for late). 12:00 pm -1:59 pm for early check-in and 12:01 pm - 2:00 pm for late check-out would be $50 each.

Departure day: Please load and run the dishwasher. Wash used pots & pans that cannot fit in the dishwasher. Empty the refrigerator. Please strip sheets from the beds that were occupied, leaving all bedding atop the beds. Place used bath & dish towels by the coffee table downstairs. Please place trash & recycling, flattening your cardboard, into the collection bins. Turn things off. Lower heat to 65 in winter / air to 75 in summer. Be sure to close and lock all windows and exterior doors. Check to see if the hot tub is covered. Please pick up after your pups. Thank you.
