Located in the heart of Nanaimo's Old City Quarter, this charming character suite is situated in a residential neighbourhood. The suite is newly renovated and combines vintage elements with modern renovations. Styled with a mix of modern & antique furniture and decor. Enjoy your own deck space that features outdoor furniture. The suite is set up to offer short or long term stays and is pet friendly (1 well behaved dog is welcome $150).

It is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, parks, beaches, the university, recreation facilities, the hospital, and on a major bus route.
Guests will have access to the entire upper level of the house that features one bedroom with a queen bed and walk in closet.
The living room features a picture window that faces the tree lined street. Guests can stream their favourite apps using the Smart TV.
There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Guests are welcome to use the complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for two, as well as a pub style dining set for four. We have set out some coffee and tea for your to enjoy.
This amazing property is part of Nanaimo's heritage. Built in 1931, the residence is a very good example of a vernacular, late Craftsman style bungalow. Although updated, the building features many design elements typical of this style including long and low proportions, gable roof, narrow course siding, and gable shingle treatments. Owned by John Hirst Rogers and his wife Constance Violette, the Hirst and Rogers families are significant as early merchant families who played prominent roles in the social and economic life of Nanaimo.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.
24-hours prior to check-in guests will receive a customized door code.
This is an upper suites and guests will be required to walk up a flight of stairs.
There is motion sensor lighting if you are arriving after dark.
This suite is managed by a vacation home property management company.
Guests will correspond with a member from the guest services team through their booking channel.
The suite is not suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.
This is a pet friendly suite. 1 small to med sized dog is allowed with a $150 pet fee. Guests will have access to the front yard for their dog on a leash, all pet waste must be cleaned up immediately.
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside the suite or on the property.
