The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and is attached to a screened porch with a great Arrow Rock view. With amenities like AC, WiFi, a hair dryer, heating, and a washing machine, you'll have everything you need for a delightful stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and a refreshing shower. Gorgeous Home

The home is cozy & classy making it the perfect stay for a couple looking to spend a weekend in a quiet historic town. The home has everything you need to cook and socialize (front sitting room is outstanding). We will definitely book again on our next trip to Arrow Rock.

Staying at Sweet Gum was an absolute delight and the pics do not do it justice. This property is absolutely First Class in all ways. I was amazed at the extent and quality of the decorating and furnishings including a well-stocked kitchen with bone china! The furniture including the bed was very comfortable. The large leather sofa was my favorite. The location in Arrow Rock is also ideal, 1 to 3 blocks from any restaurant, coffee shop and theater. Finally, the owners were wonderful and very accommodating. Although we live in Florida, we hope to have another stay in Sweet Gum in the future.

Perfect in Every Way!

Check-in was simple/painless. Cottage is pristine, clean and meticulously thought out. Loved the style and decor We had everything we needed and more! Excellent communication with host. Our trip was perfect in every way. Also, thank you for the suggestions on what to see in Arrow Rock! Much appreciated & we’ll be back :)

Wonderful Home

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay in the adorable cottage. Center of town, enjoyed all that Arrow Rock has to offer. The home is very well appointed for. The kitchen has a plethora of all the tools one would need to cook anything. We only made coffee, everything is neat and tidy. The decor is wonderful and had we had more time I would have picked one of the many books and read on the screened in porch. I did have my morning breakfast on the side patio while listening to birds brighten my day. Highly recommend

The location was perfect to where we wanted to be. However, the check in process was not smooth. The listing on the VRBO site stated the building number as 204, however, the check in link had 206. Also, neither of them provided the unit number. I had to call the property manager to obtain that information. I never received check out information. Even after I sent them a message through the VRBO app. I just collected the trash and left it in a corner in the kitchen.We found there was trash in the backyard. We killed a small roach crawling in the dining room wall. There was no iron in the unit, or additional trash bags. Towels were limited as well. No detergent to wash clothes. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We really didn’t spend too much time in the unit, so we made the best of it. But I can’t say that I will be staying there again.
