House Rules:

We have certain rules to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests. They promote safety, respect, and a positive environment.

- No Parties or Events: Please avoid hosting parties or events during your stay. We aim to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

- No Unscheduled Guests: To ensure everyone's comfort, kindly limit the number of guests to one as specified in the booking. Unexpected visitors are not allowed.

- Surveillance and Noise Monitoring: We have a video doorbell outside and noise detectors inside for everyone's safety and enjoyment. These are in place to uphold our policies and protect the well-being of all guests. - No Smoking: We have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is not allowed in the unit, and there is a $500 smoking fee for every violation of this policy.

- Early Check-In Fee: so that we can prepare for you, If you need an earlier check-in time, please let me know in advance, as a check-in will attract an hourly fee of $50.

- Late Check-Out Fee: Check-out time is important to prepare for the next guest. If you need more time, please let me know in advance, as a late check-out will attract an hourly fee of $50.

- Lost Key Fob Fee: Please be sure to return the keyfob hanging on the wall at the unit entrance before checking out. This keyfob grants access to amenities like the pool, gym, and resident parking. If the key fob is lost, a replacement fee of $200 will be charged to replace it.

- Shoe-Free Environment: To keep the place clean for all guests, kindly remove your shoes when inside.

- Window Policy: For safety and climate control, please avoid leaving windows open when you're not at the house.

- Quiet Hours: To respect the neighborhood's tranquility, please keep noise levels down after 10 pm.

- Apartment Items: Please avoid taking any items from the property. Doing so may result in an item replacement fee being charged to you.
