Our roomy ranch is a perfect place for you and your family to spread out and chill out - From the large living room to the basement rec room (with foosball and air hockey and Karaoke/Disco setup), from the cozy front porch to the comfortable back deck, from the relaxing bedrooms to the large, fenced-in back yard.
You will love our one floor living in this spacious 1,200 sq ft ranch with full basement.
Attached 2 car garage and extra large driveway with plenty of room for boats, trailers, etc
Nestled in a quite, safe neighborhood on a caul-de-sac. Commune with nature as you enjoy the peaceful environment and the occasional family of deer.
Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Cleveland but still close enough to get to all the venues and parks quickly and easily.
Secure entry with keypad lock on front and inside garage doors.
Large Roku TVs in living room, King bedroom and Queen bedroom. Includes Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+. Roku TV in basement rec room as well.
Fully stocked kitchen includes coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker with K-cups.
Front porch has chairs and lounge for quiet morning coffee.

I'm originally from a country farm south of Erie, Pennsylvania. I moved to the Cleveland area when I married my husband, Dominic, in 1983. I've been in the area ever since, except for 5 years my husban and I spent in the Dominican Republic doing mission work.
Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft
When I first saw the property I immediately fell in love with the large back yard and started picturing how we would build a back deck, flower garden and pond. Being on a caul-de-sac I knew I wouldn't have to deal with through traffic either. The neighbors have been friendly and helpful as well.

Completely updated kitchen and upstairs bathrooms. If you want some entertainment head down to the Basement rec room with foosball, air hockey and Karaoke system with electronic disco lights. If you want to relax, chill out on the comfy couch in the living room. During spring, summer and fall you can enjoy a picnic on the back deck, play ball in the back yard, have a campfire in the back firepit or enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the front porch.
