Unser Haus liegt in einer freundlichen, ruhigen Viertel in NE Mesa innerhalb einer Meile von der 202 Red Mountain Freeway entfernt einen schnellen Zugriff auf den Großraum Phoenix. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Golfplätze sind alle innerhalb einer Meile entfernt.

Die Schönheit von Arizona werden Sie in jedem Zimmer unseres Hauses durch die erstaunliche Fotografie von AZ Künstler Joanne Westen umgeben. (Besuchen Sie jwestphotography. Com für eine Vorschau.) Sie können unsere staatlichen wunderschöne Landschaft & einzigartige Tierwelt, ohne jemals dieses komfortable Haus verlassen zu genießen, auch wenn wir nicht empfehlen, dass!

Unser Haus verfügt über eine Split-Grundriss. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, Whirlpool / Dusche, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und eigenem TV / DVD-Player. Die Gästezimmer haben Queensize-Betten und teilen sich ein Badezimmer. Die Rückseite Gästezimmer verfügt über ein eigenes TV.

Unser Haus verfügt über eine ausgedehnte Terrasse und eigenem Pool (nicht beheizt), ideal für heraus hängen mit der Familie und unterhaltsam. Verwenden Sie den Grill im Freien und genießen Sie das Abendessen im Freien auf der Terrasse Tisch 6 Sitz in der schönen, sonnigen AZ Wetter. Oder trinken Sie ein Glas Wein und kuscheln rund um die Feuerstelle im Freien auf jenen kühlen Winterabende.

Wireless Internet und Kabel-TV aufgerüstet werden gestellt. Das ist unsere einzige Objekt so sind wir hier, um Ihnen zu dienen. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie zu treffen!

We felt right at home at this house. Enjoyed the fact that we could use the garage. Everything was clean and it was very easy to communicate with Patty. The pool is not heated but we did use once and found it to be in very good shape. Weather was a bit chilly for the pool use. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! This house is a great set up with lots of room, a great yard with large pool, bbq area, and putting green. My entire family loved the house. 6 adults had lots of space to get ready for a wedding. It is also in a great centralized location 10 minutes to salt river tubing and 20 minutes to Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again. Great host and great house.

This is the place to stay in Mesa

Home away from home

Beautiful home! We had a great family vacation!

We have stayed at this house twice and just love it! It has all the comforts of home and the owner is super nice and is always reachable. We have never had any issues and I’m sure we will be back. Highly recommend to everyone with or without a family! We all loved the pool!

Amazing property and people!

We stayed for 2 months with our family of 4 and absolutely loved the house! It was perfect for our needs and we were very comfortable. The host was amazing and was always there to help us when we needed something. Our kids loved the pool and the toys that the host graciously provided us with. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, it would be hard to do better!

Amazing place for a family

We stayed for 9 days while taking a family vacation to bring our son to college. This was a great location with easy access to everything we needed. Coming from Alaska, we were concerned about the August heat but this home and pool made the heat bearable. Thank you Patty for making our trip so wonderful. We will definitely look to this property again if/when we return to Arizona.

Fantastic property as described

We have always stayed in Scottsdale while on vacation in Arizona but after seeing this property in Mesa with good reviews we though we would give it a try.We were very pleasantly surprised the property was as described and just what we wanted in every way with lovely rooms and a great pool and outside area.As for our host Patty she was fantastic, always there if we needed anything and even taking time to run us to the airport for a trip we had booked. We would have no hesitation in returning to this property for any future vacations.

Fantastic host

We will never be able to thank our host (Patty) for all she did to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She even had a tub altered and safety bars installed in the bathroom so I would be able to shower without climbing over the edge of a tub. She was readily available for any of our needs, and she and her mom even played Hand & Foot with us. It was great getting to know her.

Hospitality at it’s finest!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family. We loved the covered patio and beautiful pool! We had plenty of space and greatly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Patty was the most hospitable VRBO host we’ve ever encountered. She left customized goodies for my family, checked in with us to make sure we were all set, and stopped by to clean the pool a few times. We highly recommend this VRBO!!

Gorgeous home

This property was gorgeous. Patty had a welcome basket waiting for us. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was great to relax in. I loved the beautiful art work that was hanging on the walls. Location,Location, Location

Great home in an even better location! So many restaurants, wine bars, breakfast hangouts, evening music, grocery store and good sidewalks for morning walk! The home is comfortable with everything we needed and the host even put solar heater on in the evening so we could use the pool when temps got in the 70s! Over the top welcome basket upon arrival and extra bottle of wine to help celebrate my birthday! We ventured out and enjoyed Mesa, Fountain Hills, Surprise, and Scottsdale. This one gets an A+

Fantastic VRBO!

Our son graduated from ASU so we spent a week in this home, and it absolutely blew away our expectations. Patty was a wonderful host, thoughtful about every detail, down to cold bottled water in the fridge. She visited a couple of times to check on the pool and brought us freshly-squeezed juice! The space was perfect for our family. Spotless! The pool and outside area was a wonderful place to relax and have fun. Thank you Patty, for a wonderful stay - if we travel back to AZ again we will be sure to re-book with you!

The house is gorgeous. Very spacious. Amazing pool. Kitchen fully stocked with enough dishes for small army. The bed was so comfortable I am going to buy one. Fantastic house - Fantastic host

A most awesome property! Located close to everything, quiet neighborhood, very convenient to the Bush Highway, the BeeLine and the 202. Home is spacious, very clean and well appointed. The pool is absolutely perfect. As far as the host, I do not think there could have been a better host. Very friendly and nice. Felt like family. There was great communication with the host with prompt responses. Our host stopped and picked up packages for us when we were out of town. I rate this location and this host a 100 out of 100.

An excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay! Patty was very hospitable and provided a welcome basket and brought toys for our two boys, which they very much enjoyed. Some other thoughts: 1. The pool in the backyard was great - the baja shelf allowed the little ones to wade in and get used to the water, and the pool fence gave us peace of mind while outside. 2. Internet speed was more than adequate for remote work - video conferences and calls ran seamlessly. There's no dedicated office in the house, but that's my problem if I decide to work on vacation. The house had everything we needed and we had a great time. Thank you Patty for a great getaway!

Great spacious accomodations

Our stay at this accommodation was booked for one week. When our flights were changed, Patty was very accommodating to the change and we were able to stay the extra night. She also was very helpful in suggestions for activities in and around Mesa. The house it self was great! It was very clean, spacious and very well stocked in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The bed was very clean and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the Keurig :) with all the pods provided. The backyard is very private. The pool was cleaned and maintained several times throughout our week there and we were able to use it daily. Having access to the garage was a bonus to keep the car out of the heat of the day. Access to the freeway was within a couple of minutes which also was beneficial in getting around. We would highly recommend this house and location. We hope to be returning next year
