This quaint condo is the perfect beach getaway, with cozy interiors and direct access to the sandy shores. It's a dream come true! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is one of the oldest properties on the beach and is unique to the area.
Nestled in the heart of Panama City Beach, Fl. in middle beach, this condo is walking distance to Bid-a-wee private beach, the brand new Margaritaville resort, restaurants like Runaway Island & Sharks, and lots of shops and retail stores. It is directly across from the Hidden Lagoon putt putt golf and racetrak amusement center and a short drive to Pier Park or about 15 minutes to St. Andrew's State Park. Walk across the street into residential neighborhoods or enjoy the hustle and bustle of front beach road in all the action.
Please note, only starter amenities are provided, you will need to purchase additional toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent etc.

A complimentary parking pass for one vehicle is included with your stay. Please note that this pass must be displayed visibly on your vehicle's dashboard at all times. Vehicles without a displayed pass are subject to towing.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
