The Neighborhood:
Located on the southern edge of downtown proper known as SoBro (South of Broadway) this home puts you right in the heart of Nashville and within 10 mins of most anything this wonderful city has to offer. Broadway is a 6-8 block walk and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops within a couple blocks. Some of our favorites are Pinewood Social, Husk and Crema Coffee!
Getting Around:
This location is walkable or a very short uber to anything downtown including the Nissan Stadium and the Gulch. Other notable Nashville Neighborhoods are just minutes away via car/uber:

3 mins - Nissan Stadium
