Head to the mountains for cooler Summer weather and skiing in the Winter at 6+ world class ski resorts. This nicely FURNISHED HOME is perfect for Ikon/Epic Ski Pass holders and anyone who loves the outdoors. You’ll never miss a powder day here…
This is an extremely spacious furnished 4 bedroom 3 full bath single family home plus office and large media room with a double garage on ⅔ of an acre.
The spacious master and ensuite with adjacent nursery room makes life easy for any family. This is the perfect set up for people with a baby and / or pets with a large fully fenced in yard (two thirds of an acre). This home is also an ideal work from home (WFH) location with high speed wifi and several separate desk areas for quiet conference calls if needed.
The home has brand new Samsung appliances with a gas range, oversized oven and microwave and separate large washer / dryer room. There is also a freezer and fridge for bar purposes / extra cold storage in the basement.
