Haven Overlook, your luxury mountain oasis...

Main Level: Walking in the front door of Haven Overlook you will notice the multiple windows overlooking the gorgeous mountain view, fireplace and well furnished living area and flat screen smart TV w/ amazon fire stick. You will find a fully equipped luxury kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking utensils needed to whip up breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dinning table has seating for 4 along with the bar area seating 3 additional guests. There is a coffee bar with a traditional coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee and Keurig k-cups provided. There is a private bedroom with queen bed on this level, flat screen TV w/ amazon fire stick, private bathroom w/ shower/tub combination and spacious vanity. There are an abundance of board games for the whole family along with all the comforts of home with luxury linens and guest amenities. Haven Overlook is the perfect family vacation spot.

Upper Level: Walking up the stairs to the upper level you will find an open loft with a double bed, and twin bunk beds, and a desk perfect for work on your laptop. You will also find a private master suite with King bed, flat screen TV with amazon fire stick and private balcony with upscale table and chairs. The private balcony overlooks the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains- the perfect place for morning coffee or sipping wine in the evening. The well sized master bathroom has a shower/tub combination and can be accessed from the open loft as well.

Game Room: The game room is a separate area from the cabin. As you can see in the photos there is LED lighting, an arcade game, and air hockey table. Not to forget the fire pit right outside! You will find all you need for entertaining here!

Outdoor Amenities: Haven Overlook is the outdoor enthusiasts paradise. This mountain cabin offers 3 levels of deck, all with spectacular views! The upper is a private balcony for the master suite. The main level deck offers BBQ grill and plenty of upscale outdoor seating with flatscreen TV. The lowest level is where you can enjoy the large hot tub overlooking the Blue Ridge mountains with a full sized refrigerator to keep your beverages cold!

Other things to note
Some important things to know about Haven Overlook: There is a fully equipped kitchen with a traditional coffee pot and Keurig. K-Cups and coffee are provided! Oils, and spices are not supplied by North Georgia Property Management. However, we do supply a starter set of guest supplies including: one sponge and guest size dish soap, dish towels, 3 kitchen trash bags, 3 dishwasher tablets, and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. The bathrooms are stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper each, one guest soap per sink along with a guest size shampoo and conditioner. There are towels, hot tub towels, and linen provided in the home, along with a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets. Propane grills are stocked with a propane tank.
