The Narrows Guesthouse - Getaway w/ Scenic Pond + Fire Pit in Narrowsburg, NY

Nestled in the heart of an artistic town brimming with antique shops, home stores, and incredible restaurants, our serene pond-front home offers an unparalleled retreat ideal for relaxation. Just a stone's throw away from the Bethel Center for the Arts, you'll find yourself immersed in a vibrant cultural scene where arts and adventure seamlessly blend. Our town, situated along the scenic Delaware River, provides endless opportunities for exploration and recreation.

The Space:

Experience the charm of Upstate New York and fall in love with the Catskills at our peaceful ranch style home in the picturesque town of Narrowsburg, a little over two hours from NYC. Enjoy our 9 acres of uninterrupted marshland that blends into a thriving forest, with a peaceful pond that winds back into the forest line, perfect for wildlife spotting. All this nature and still only a little over 5-minute drive will take you to Main Street Narrowsburg where you have plenty of shops to choose from including beautiful antique stores like Maison Bergogne, or enjoy some local fare at the Heron overlooking the Delaware river.

The Narrows Guesthouse is a blend of modern with carefully sourced antique finds. Much of the furnishings were either locally sourced from antique stores here in Narrowsburg or built by hand by the hosts. By trade one of the hosts is an architect and apparent in the home is his love of design with no detail spared.

The house is fully equipped with high speed internet with WiFi extenders allowing it to reach the backyard area to allow for outdoor movies under the stars with the projector screen conveniently left for guests to use. Grab one of the many games left here for guests to enjoy and play by the fire, or enjoy a game of badminton outside by the pond with a quick and easy setup! There is also Spike ball! Whether you're enjoying a day here on the property or out exploring the town or on the Delaware river, the house comes equipped with all your needs. There is also a pump and several inner tubes here including a Pineapple floaty for your drinks to float alongside you down the river.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need from cooking sheets to pots and pans. There are measuring cups and spoons and an assortment of spices and more! If you're wondering if something is here that you need, just ask!

Luxury Departo bath towels are provided for all guests, and the bath is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Inspired by a local vacation rental, there is an assortment of skin care products in the bathroom that are there for you to use as well.

Guest Access

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the main home except for the mechanical room in the back. There are no shared spaces. A door code will be provided 24 hours prior to check-in. Our driveway accommodates multiple cars as needed. The neighborhood is very safe and in a friendly community.

While big events cannot be accommodated, small gatherings are acceptable on the property and should be disclosed to hosts beforehand. No additional overnight guests that have not been disclosed in the original booking.
