This 4BR/3BA brick home in the Meadows of Edens Farm is perfect for families or traveling professionals, with desks and Smart TVs in every bedroom (streaming only). Enjoy a fully fenced yard and a gorgeous screened-in back patio—ideal for relaxing. Thoughtfully furnished and well-equipped. This is a home you’ll love to stay in!



The Space:

Our spacious home features an open floor plan and plenty of space for your group or family stay. Simplicity meets comfort! Upon entering the foyer, guests will sit and remove their shoes and place in the cubby before entering into the spacious living room with vaulted ceiling. Equipped with a smart tv for your favourite streaming services and several board games for a family fun game night! Through the double doors you're met with a huge screened in porch, overlooking the plush green, fenced lawn. A propane grill for delicious meals- guests are responsible for supplying the propane and cleaning the grill. Our kitchen is stocked with baking and cooking essentials, full-sized appliances, dishware, and cutlery for your dining pleasure. Our laundry room also includes full size appliances and a small amount of laundry products to get you started! You'll find all bedrooms adorn with queen size beds, desks, and their own smart tv. Three full bathrooms accommodate the home that are supplied with starter pack essentials. The owner suite is and oasis of serenity with a jetted bathtub, separate walk-in shower, and his and her sinks! The bonus room, off the foyer, offers privacy with it's own full bathroom. This is truly a home away from home!

Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access minus two locked closets. One located in the kitchen and the other in the hallway bathroom.



The Neighborhood:

Located within the Edens Farm neighborhood of Fayetteville, a well-established, family-oriented suburban enclave known for quiet streets beautiful homes.



Getting Around:

Personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car, with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Raeford Road making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Our home in NOT pet friendly. If we suspect of see any pets, an additional pet fee of $150 will be billed to the reservation holder. Please ensure all shoes are removed prior to walking on carpeted areas.



House Rules/ Expectations:

1. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind within our near our home. Evidence of cigarette or illicit smoke odor will incur a $250 fee. This is posted within our home as well.

2. Respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.

3. No unapproved overnight guests.

4. No parties, events, or large gatherings.

5. This home is not pet friendly. Additional fees may be billed to the reservation holder.

6. Do not rearrange our furniture.

7. Please remove shoes prior to walking on carpeted areas. Posted signage within the home as well. Additional fees may apply if stains or professional cleaning is required.

Fees/Charges:

1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge.

2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge

3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350

Checkout Instructions:

1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.

2. Gather all towels in one bathroom or place inside the washing machine and begin load on hot water with provided detergent.

3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged.

Other Things to Note:

1. Please only park in the garage or driveway. May accommodate up to four vehicles.

2. Guests may hear occasional aircraft or other loud noise due to close proximity to local base.

3. Our home is not wheelchair accessible.

Supervision of pets and children at all times is recommended.

This home is professionally managed by Military First BnB Solutions, a veteran-owned company committed to providing exceptional service and smooth stays for every guest. We're here to make your experience seamless--from self check-in to local recommendations and anything you may need for your stay. We're always one message or call away if you have any questions or need assistance. Please note out Host Team is available 24/7 to assist with simple requests and ensuring guests check-in smoothly. Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.



Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
