The property is just 2 blocks from Lake Austin. Ideal for ladies' retreats, guys trip, family getaways, fishing trips, and more.

Boating:
If bringing your boat, we have plenty of parking in front driveway. (additional parking spot directly to the right of our mailbox).
If renting a boat, JeramysBoatRentals.com (Captain or Non -Captained rentals). Jeramy's is around the corner from us dropping you in the water via the public boat ramp just a couple blocks from the house.
Freedom Boat Club Members have a quick drive to the members only parking area just a few blocks away.

Things to do and see while on the water by boat - Lunch at Ski Shores or County Line BBQ. Take a pic under 360 Bridge (Pennybacker Bridge). If you are up for a longer boat ride, pull up to legendary Hula Hut or the fine dining of Quince Lakehouse.

What to do if you aren't planning on lake activities?

Bedroom 1 - Sleeps 2. Split King. The king bed can be separated to 2 TwinXL beds for versatility.
Bedroom 2 - Sleeps 6. King Bed plus 2 sets of bunks.
Bedroom 3 - Sleeps 4. Private entrance separate from the main house. This studio has its own washer dryer and kitchenette with full-size fridge. (Please Note: Bedroom 3 is only accessible via a flight of outdoor stairs. See pics.)
