Private and playful "fab" mid-century modern estate with unobstructed west facing mountain views. "Good Day Sunshine" has gorgeous sunrises and sunsets "eight days a week," so grab a coffee or cocktail and enjoy the show! “Picture yourself” floating in the large pool or relaxing in the spa. Or just "let it be" and sunbathe on one of the many comfy lounges. The big corner lot provides a large and extremely private yard with a putting green. "Come together" for dining and entertaining under the vaulted covered patio, with adjacent gas grill and mini fridge. In the evening enjoy quiet relaxation and a beautiful "kaleidoscope" of lighting. Or kick back around the fire pit to watch the" diamonds in the sky." Indoors you will find an open concept kitchen, dining and living room with a fireplace and high ceilings.
"Paul's" poolside primary suite offers a Cal King bed, ceiling fan, television, sliders to the spa and automated black out shades so you can sleep in. The attached remodeled bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower also has a slider door to the pool area. Or "imagine" yourself in "John's" groovy guest room in a Queen bed, with a television as well as blackout curtains. In the second guest bedroom, with two Queen beds, a large closet and black out curtains, "all you need is love"... and your toothbrush. An updated shared hall bath completes this 3 bed/2 bath resort home.
Wifi, 3 Roku TV's, 2 Echo Dots, old school record player, blue-ray, cards, games, pool toys and bicycles. Garage and driveway parking. Keyless entry. Nest A/C & heating system. Fully loaded kitchen with blender, Nespresso Vertuo single cup espresso/coffee maker as well as a traditional Mr. Coffee for a full pot of your favorite brew. Great location near Palm Canyon Drive in the Racquet Club Estates area, just a few blocks from restaurants and stores.

We provide free spa heat (102F), but If you'd like the pool heated (82F), there is a daily fee per the following schedule:
Jan - March: $85/day
April - June: $65/day
July - August: $0/day
Sept - December: $65/day
All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit, which is due within 72 hours of booking. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: if you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
*By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. (passport or Driver's license) prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 4 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed for overnight in addition to 6 adults.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours. No more than 3 cars are allowed in the driveway or on the street. The City will tow.
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 7am (per PS municipal code 11.74). Please note that we have a noise monitor installed on the patio that will alert us if you have exceeded the maximum decibels. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately to prevent any further disturbance for the neighbors.
**Please keep in mind that you will be fined by the City, or even immediately evicted by the owner, for creating a disturbance or for violating any provisions of the City’s Vacation Rental Ordinance. The minimum fine is $500 per violation. The surrounding neighbors have been given a 24-hour number to CALL should they need to report a complaint.These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
We have 3 outdoor security cameras, but they do not look into the yard or intrude on guest privacy. One is at the front entrance, a second at the side gate, and lastly one is directed at the pool equipment. Unfortunately, pool heaters are being stolen frequently at vacation homes in the Palm Springs area.
