1BR apartment that sleeps 4 with excellent amenities in a safe and gated community within 5 miles of Disney Animal Kingdom Theme park. One Spacious Master bedroom with a King bed and Walk in closet. A second queen bed is provided in the living room.

The resort amenities include 2 Pools one of which is heated, Gym, Tennis Court, Volleyball court, Play areas and ponds. Equipped with fast wifi, large TV and a work desk.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 65 inch TV in the living room and 50inch TV in the master bedroom as well. Unit has a dedicated washer and dryer. Linen and towels are provided to the guests!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and closet.

Please note there is no second bedroom but only a queen bed provided in the living room for guests.

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils.

There are 2 swimming pools in the resort and the one next to the clubhouse is heated. The resort also features a indoor Game Room, Fitness center, Volleyball court and Kids play area.

This is a strictly no smoking property. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry no pets.

Entire apartment is available for the guest.

We are available for any questions through VRBO app(preferred) and text.

The guest bedroom is quite small and has a large opening in the wall near the ceiling.

We have a playpen and a highchair for our very very young guests.

The TV is connected to the internet and the guest can login to their own streaming apps.

Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.

Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.

No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.
