Discovery Beach Resort - 3BR/2BA - Oceanfront

Situated on the beautiful, white sands of the popular Cocoa Beach, Discovery Beach Resort puts the sun and fun the area is known for right outside your door. Refresh with a dip in the resort's swimming pool, while the exercise room and sauna along with tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts are all ideal for staying active. An on-site cafe and lounge offer the perfect reprieve from the sun, and always welcome those looking to take a break and refresh with a bite to eat and something to drink.

THE SPACE

Only 50 feet from the beach in the beautiful ocean side city of Cocoa Beach, Florida, this property offers fully furnished condo-style accommodations filled with a variety of conveniences. Providing an ideal mix of value, comfort and convenience, it offers a charming setting with an array of amenities designed for travelers of all ages.

This 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom unit features a King size bed in the Master bedroom, a Full-size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and two Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. The unit includes a Full Kitchen, a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and two Bathrooms. 3 TV's are located in the unit; one in each of two Bedrooms and one in the Living room. The unit is equipped with a Washer and Dryer and a private Oceanfront balcony.

This room has a maximum occupancy of 8 and sleeps 6 privately.

GUEST ACCESS

This is a Resort Hotel property. Guests will have their own private unit, but resort amenities (Pool, Hot Tub, Gameroom, etc) will be shared with other guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Discovery Beach Resort is professionally managed and operated by Capital Vacations (formerly VRI Resorts). The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay.

- The Front Desk / Office is open...Monday thru Thursday 7am to 7pm / Friday 7am to 9pm / Saturday 7am to 11pm / Sunday 7am to 7pm.

- Check In time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Please check with the resort Front Desk for any possibility of earlier unit availability and / or early use of the resort amenities during check-in days.

- Responsible party must be 25 years old minimum to check in.

- Property Services Staff are onsite 24 hours a day and can assist with arrivals, departures and in house guests whenever the front desk is closed. Their phone number is posted at the front door and at the front desk.

- Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner.

- This is a FLOATING Unit Type. You are guaranteed a 3BR/2BA (sleeps 8) with an Oceanfront balcony. However, your specific unit location (higher or lower floor, etc) will be determined / finalized at Check In. You may also call the Front Desk ahead of time and request a certain unit location. Although you can never be guaranteed a specific location the Front Desk will usually try to accommodate requests if they can.

- Two FREE parking passes are included with this unit. DBR can only accommodate 2 parking passes per room, additional cars will have to park in public parking off property.

- There are no grills located on the property and there is no grilling allowed on property.

- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring additional if your family has their own favorite pillows or blankets.

- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do definitely recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.

- There are no separate Pool towels provided. So make sure to bring your own Pool / Beach towels. I also recommend bringing any other beach blankets / chairs / umbrellas / equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, equipment, etc there are rental stations at the beach.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, you do have a Washer / Dryer located inside your unit for any laundry you want / need to do during the week. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the Front Desk.

- For trash disposal during your stay, there are dumpsters located in the parking areas around the resort near every unit that are for Guest usage.

- If you or any members of your family enjoy bike riding, and you do bring your own bikes they can be safely stored / locked up in your private courtyard. Remember to take your bike locks so you can lock up your bikes each night just to be safe.
