Start your morning enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in the private side courtyard or on the front porch, or take a walk down the Promenade, invigorated by the salty breeze. When the crew is awake and ready for breakfast, enjoy cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather at the table that seats 14 to plan the day's adventures.

End the afternoon with a sunset stroll on the beach or enjoy happy hour on the beautiful, enclosed back patio with plenty of seating for everyone. Once the sun has gone down, warm up by the fireplace in the cozy living room.

Still have energy to spare, challenge your friends or family to a friendly (or competitive!) game of pool in the downstairs rec room, or head to the upstairs loft to watch a movie on the cozy bean bag style chairs.

When it is time to turn in for the night, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 5 comfortable bedrooms plus a loft/TV room.

There are two bedrooms downstairs - a king and two queens. On the main level, bedroom 3 has a queen, and bedroom 4 is the spacious primary ensuite with a king, large closet, and a wall of windows where you can wake up to serene ocean views. Bedroom 5 is on the upper level with a queen and a desk – great for any guests that need a quiet space to study or work remotely, and the upper loft has a queen and a TV area.

The home also has a private office area with a kitchenette, bathroom, and balcony off of the primary bedroom – ideal for any guests who are working remotely and need a little extra privacy.

Guests will also appreciate access to a washer and dryer after a day at the beach, a BBQ to grill up your catch of the day, Wifi for staying connected, and a front row seat to the Promenade and the beach, and a relaxing hot tub to soak in after a long day walking the Promenade.

Please note: This home is multi-level with several sets of stairs; however, there is an interior chairlift to aid with mobility.
