We are located in the quiet neighborhood of River Terrace about 4 miles from the US Capitol. Our home is conveniently located close to the highway & several options for easy access to public transportation. You can explore the whole city & still enjoy a peaceful night of rest! We've recently renovated so you'll have all the comforts of a home away from home with an open floor plan, light filled rooms and an enclosed porch where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee all year long.

This house is great for groups and families! Enough space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. In the master bedroom there is a queen bed with a mattress you'll want to sink into after a long day and sleep in the next. The second bedroom has a double bed with a pillow top mattress and super soft sheets. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows are available upon request. All sheets and towels are removed and professionally laundered after every stay to ensure that we are keeping all of our guests safe and healthy.

There is a private parking spot in the rear of the home so you won't have to deal with trying to navigate where to find street parking, request a parking pass or worry about your vehicle's safety on the street especially if you have a rental.

We have a full kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher) in addition to pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Everything you'll need is here for you!
