Nestled in Murrells Inlet, this delightful house is a marvelous retreat for guests seeking a tranquil getaway. With 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, there is ample space for everyone to unwind and recharge. Located on Holiday drive, nestled between the beach and the marsh and not even a mile from the GARDEN CITY PIER! Exterior features include a top porch with marsh views to watch the beautiful sunrise/sunset and a downstairs entertaining area complete with outdoor grill/bar, tv, picnic table, beautifully landscaped yard, sound bar, fire pit and plenty of outdoor activities like corn hole board and a giant connect four. From the ground floor, there is space to park 5-6 vehicles in the front drive and the side drive. We do allow motorcycles and/or trailers but they must fit in the driveway. You can access the second floor by the ground level stairs. Please note: this house is not handicap accessible and the only access to the main floor entrance is stairs. The back deck also includes entrance to the house along with outdoor furniture to sit and relax. Outdoor, uncovered shower is available for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. The ground floor includes a living room complete with a new sofa bed that will comfortably sleep2 people! Also a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, bar and two person dining table. You have 3 bedrooms, one King and two queens as well as 1 1/2 baths with shower only downstairs. The top floor includes a living room, complete with reclining sofa and recliner and smart TV. You also have a sitting area with another huge couch and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a bar and all you need to cook including dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes, glasses, silverware and various utensils. **Cooking oil/spices/paper products may be available from previous renters but they are not promised or provided** The top floor is also equipped with one bedroom equipped with 3 queen beds, a washer/dryer, another room with a queen bed and a king size bedroom. You will find 2 full baths, one complete with tub/shower combo. Experience what Murrells Inlet has to offer with a stay at our inviting house with marsh views and beach sounds. The Garden City Pier is 0.7 miles away from the house, this pier is 668 ft long and there is currently no fee to walk on it! During the summer months there is live music at night and during the day the pier is reserved for fishing! And boy the fish you will see! Hours of the pier are seasonal and subject to change. Some nearby food options are Sam’s Corner, Clapbacks, Marlin Quay Marina, Sarah J’s Seafood, and Gulf Stream Cafe. South of Garden City is Murrell’s Inlet which features restaurant row which has some of the best seafood and barbecue in South Carolina. Murrells Inlet is also home of some of the best golf courses!
