Sie interessieren sich für das klassische Beach Cottage Style? Nun suchen Sie nicht weiter, CB Bella Vista ist das Richtige für Sie. Diese Hütte wurde in den frühen 1930er mit dem Charme und der Charakter dieser nostalgischen Tage, aber mit den modernen Annehmlichkeiten gebaut.

Ein zweistöckiges direkt am Meer Ferienhaus befindet sich am nördlichen Ende von Carolina Beach und ist nur wenige Blocks von der North End Fishing Pier. Diese Hütte am Meer zwischen den Dünen eingebettet ist ideal für Meeresbrise zu genießen und den Wellen zuzuhören Waschen an Land. Die Wanderung über befindet sich direkt neben der Hütte und ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt.

Die Hauptebene des Hauses oder im zweiten Stock hat einen offenen, hellen und fröhlichen Design mit einer aktualisierten Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer. Plan Picknicks auf der überdachten Wrap-around-Veranda oder sich einfach zurücklehnen und einen faulen genießen. Drei der Zimmer sind auch auf dieser Ebene befindet, zusammen mit einem Badezimmer.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, die einen Zusatz kleine Küche, Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafbereiche umfasst, oder manche nennen kann eine "Teenager-Suite". Es gibt ein WC und eine separate Dusche auch auf dieser Ebene.

Es gibt zwei Fernseher, die sich jeweils in den Wohnräumen für die Regentage, oder planen, die North Carolina Aquarium zu besuchen. It isn’t really beach view, but it is conveniently connected to the public access walkway for very easy beach access. Some of our guests were put off by the fact that the downstairs, which surprisingly had a second kitchen and living room, did not have bedroom doors. This made privacy something of an issue. We enjoyed the property very much, overall.

Check-in was good, tv upstairs didn’t work when we arrived but unplugged it and reconnected and it worked well. Found some dirty dishes in the cabinet so a little disappointing. Also you can hear the people walking the street to the beach access. Parking is tight if you don’t have a compact car due to the beach parking in the street. Despite all of that our family of 6 had a great time with a walk up the path to the beach spending our days in the water! The teenagers stayed downstairs feeling like they had their own space it was excellent!

I am so sorry you did not enjoy the oceanfront home! Due to the dunes, that protect our homes, the view is often obstructed at lower levels. That being said, you are still oceanfront and the pictures provide the view from the porches!

Close to the Beach!!

Loved the house!! It was only a few steps away from the beach. The walkway was right next to the house! loved the 3 bedrooms upstairs and mother in law sweet downstairs. It gave my son and his friends a place to game without being on the TV upstairs. Also loved the deck and private parking at the house. Everyone had an amazing time!!

The location was wonderful. There were a few stairs, so my elderly parents could manage getting to the house and leaving the house easily. Our six boys had the downstairs to sleep, snack, and stay up late. We did have to call an exterminator and a plumber. Thankfully, our requests were fulfilled.

Family Vacation

This property worked perfectly for our family. We utilized the downstairs for the kids. It was right on the beach so this made coming back to the house for breaks very handy. The public walkway ran right beside the property, but it didn’t bother us at all. The outside deck could use some work. My son-in-law stepped on a deckboard and it broke right through. We called management and they replaced two boards. Overall I would recommend this property. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Family Trip

Pros: very close to the beach, close to the boardwalk and restaurants, enough space for lots of people. The home has a lot of charm. Even though you can’t really see the water it’s really nice to sit on the porch and listen to the water. Cons: lots of nails sticking out of deck (we had toddlers with us which caused a huge concern), the house was not very clean ( my toddler found a can of chewing tobacco under the coffee table, stains on sheets, and mold in fridge and a/c units, the supplies provided were scarce. We had to go buy garbage bags and there wasn’t any sheet pans to kick with. Part of why we rent homes instead of staying in a hotel is so we can cook and not eat out everyday.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and the proximity to a white sand beach was wonderful. Our family was fortunate to experience sunny weather and warm ocean waves. A few disappointments were having to make up beds then strip them. There was a large dried yellow stain on the twin bed mattress pad and the queen bed mattress in the nearest bedroom was concave. There were no beach chairs so there was the additional expense of renting chairs. There was one kitchen garbage bag supplied for our three days. Little things that can color a short vacation.

The rental agreement that you signed did specify that bedmaking had been suspended for 2022, so we apologize if you did not see this portion on your contract. Also, in your welcome correspondence, there was a link to "what to bring", which specified that 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, etc. were supplied. We apologize if the mattress pad was stained. We have staff available 24/7 to assist with any issues that arise. Had we known about this issue, we would have been happy to provide a new mattress pad. We hope you were able to make wonderful memories!

Property needs so much work

The address didn’t take us to the property. It took us to a property in wrightsville beach. Even after verifying with the property manager. The property was roomy and great location. However i was a little disappointed to get oceanfront and not be able to see the ocean. The house needs so much work. It seemed like it was just patched every where. The outside of the house was covered with spider webs and spiders and at night I would not have dared sat out on the porch. None of us would have. The palmetto bugs covered the porch at night. The kids were scared to death. They were literally crawling over our feet. There were broken boards on the deck. Nails sticking up. The sliding doors were hard to open and close. I just feel like when you pay over 4000 for a week you expect the place to be very nice. And it would have been nice to sit out on the porches in the evening.

Graduation celebration with family

We rented this place to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation with her cousins and aunts. The downstairs is definitely made for teenagers. Be careful on the interior stairs. Parking was frustrating. The listing says four spots but there is only space for three. We used the paid parking as we had visitors coming and going. There are three paid parking spots in addition to the three spots at the house. $25/day. Bring dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels etc. You’ll need to make your own beds but the sheets are provided. Be careful with bare feet on the deck due to nail heads. The kitchen was small but well stocked. The couches were comfortable. The owner lives near by and is very concerned about occupancy numbers so be sure to be clear. The property is managed by bryant real estate company. They charge a substantial fee to book through vrbo. I was surprised by that. They called us twice about parking and occupancy and the owner stopped by. I understand their concerns as we had a lot of coming and going. We live nearby but wanted to be ocean front for this special occasion so we had a few local visitors. The house was worth the money and we had a great time but it was annoying to be bothered over and over again when clearly the house is advertised for large groups with the “teenage suite” but then seemed annoyed that we had so many teenagers. Anyway, different experience than we typically encounter when booking through vrbo. Just be clear with the property management about your guests and ask questions up front. We appreciated the space.

We send an email upon booking with a link to the “What to Bring” page on our website so you are aware of the items that you will need to provide for your stay. For example, we list that one roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom, one roll of paper towels is provided, one trash bag liner, etc. Thank you for letting us know about the nails on the deck; it does not look like this was reported during your stay. We have staff available 24/7 to assist with any guests needs, so had you reached out to use during your stay, we would have been happy to remedy this situation right then and there. This property has an occupancy of 12 guests, and you are welcome to have visitors however our contract clearly states that no parties or events are allowed. We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay and the property worked for a special occasion.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely just off season stay at this quaint bungalow. Thought you cannot see the ocean from inside the home due to the height of the dune in front of it, it is a short walk via the public beach access adjacent to the home to the beach. I love people watching and enjoyed that it was on the public beach access path, though in the height of the season, I imagine it would be quite busy and the beach would be very populated. It was just right for us though!

Perfect Beach Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at CBs Bella Vista numerous times. The location is perfect. The porch is roomy and pleasant. We also like the separation between the upstairs and downstairs areas. We travel with extended family and this allows somewhere to go and just be quiet. The home is a lovely old style cottage and the owners maintain it well.

Great location! Two beds have no doors and bed are not very comfortable.

We had a great stay here with family. There was plenty of room for our group of 10. However, those who stayed in the basement had no doors to their rooms and we felt the listing did nor elude to this. The mattresses downstairs could be replaced as they seem pretty worn, soft and uncomfortable. The shower in the basement could also use some love. It reminds you of a locker room.

Rebecca - Thanks for choosing CB's Bella Vista! This property is just perfect for large families looking to spend some quality time together while also enjoying the beach. The top floor offers 3 bedrooms, large open living/ dining room, and a spacious kitchen. The bottom floor offers 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 full bathroom, and 1 kitchenet. You are correct. The 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor do not have doors on them, however, there is a door that may be closed at the stairs if you wish to have privacy downstairs. It was just Okay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We didn’t realize based on the pictures that this property is directly beside of a public beach access where cars pay to park along the road of the house and that we would also have to use the public beach access walkway to get to the beach. They say that it has 3 spots for vehicles but one is in the sand/yard behind the home. You also don’t have any beach front-water views from this home where it sits lower than the sand dunes. You also can’t adjust the thermostat below 72 degrees and it gets hot in the bedrooms at night and the downstairs has window units. It’s a very un-level home as well and you have to be careful of the slight slants in the floors especially in the bathroom doorways as you can really get hurt. It’s not a terrible house for the price, it just wasn’t what we’re used to staying in at Carolina Beach.

Kristin - Thank you for the feedback. This property offers parking for 3 vehicles, 2 under the house and one to the right of the property next to the carport. The beach access is shown in the last photos of our website next to the entrance of the property. Rude & Wrong

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Owner of the House stopped by unannounced and was very rude telling us we couldnt use the plastic chairs from the porch on the beach. Downstairs had ongoing sheetrock repair that was not listed. Roaches were in the Dresser drawers, along with some mold. Was missing 2 single beds that were listed and showing in the pictures. Only 1 ceiling fan in the bedrooms were working. Another started arching and shot a flame out of it before it stopped working. Washer & dryer will only wash maybe 3 towels at a time. Flooring in the downstairs bathroom is messed up & a trip hazard along with being very very tiny. We rent a beach house every year and this was the worst we've ever stayed in.

Great Trip

We enjoyed our stay! The beach was so easy to access and the house had all we needed. Some repairs needed here and there, but overall great stay!
