'Yorker Point Cottage' ist ein schönes 2-Zimmer-Hütte auf dem Wasser in einer ruhigen Umgebung, nur 10 Minuten westlich von Charlottetown in Cornwall. Nur wenige Minuten von Restaurants und andere Serviceangebote, die Wohnung bietet Platz für fünf mit einem Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein Doppel über Doppelstockbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Das Bad wurde im Jahr 2015 renoviert und das Esszimmer bequem Platz 6. Das Haus ist voll möbliert und mit Propan Grill, Waschmaschine und Trockner, neue Küchengeräte (einschließlich Spülmaschine) und Sat-TV ausgestattet. Zwei große Panorama-Verbund Decks mit Stufen zum Wasser und einem großen Hof bieten ausreichend Platz für das Genießen Sie diese ruhige landschaftlich reizvoller Lage. Ausgezeichnete Lage für Wassersport oder für diejenigen, die wollen einfach nur entspannen und beobachten Sie die Boote segeln. This is such a lovely cottage in a peaceful, beautiful location! The living space - kitchen, dining, and living room - is very comfortable with great views of the tidal West River. Kitchen is well equipped and immaculately clean. Ditto the bathrooms. It was tempting to just stay there and not go anywhere. The breeze off the river was refreshing. The birds were great, with 3 kinds of terns feeding right off the deck. The quiet was great and made it hard to believe we were only 15 minutes from Charlottetown’s historic downtown and 7 minutes from Cow’s main store. Cornwall has a very good grocery store and a nice bakery. And Heather is a wonderful host, who met us when we arrived and walked us thru the cottage to explain how everything works. She was very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic! Floyd and Heather were amazing hosts. Each and every recommendation for restaurants, beaches, sites to take in were awesome. The beach house is beautiful. We had an absolute incredible week! Heather created such a beautiful oasis with everything you could need. The house has views from almost every spot. The multiple decks and sun room offer peaceful spots to view the water regardless of the weather which is amazing for a vacation week. The kitchen with a view and again, everything you needed, was so fun to cook in and we enjoy cooking! Heather welcomed us when we got there and shared some great places to explore based on what we were looking for. We did all of them and more and felt connected to someone on the island while being so far away. Thank you Heather!! We loved it there and hope to be back one day!

Wonderful Stay!

SOOOO beautiful

It was even better than on the pictures. The view is so amazing. You can see the bay from about any room in the cottage. Easy access to the beach and more than plenty outdoor chairs. Confort, accessories in the kitchen and bath room, games, everything was perdect. Heather was a great host. I recommand for sure!

Heavenly Retreat!!

My husband & I spent an amazing two weeks here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Lovely & accurate as the pictures and descriptions on this execeptional home are… they don’t even do it justice for the York Point Cottage! There is nothing more you could want that our wonderful hosts, Floyd & Heather have not thought of and provided. The home is so tastefully decorated and there are corners & nooks everywhere to take in the views, read a book, or journal while enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The location is idealic….the cottage is located in a serenely quite spot right on the water and yet just a short distance to Charlottetown which offers great shops & is a foodie paradise. We will be back next year! It is just so special!

Tranquil Stay-Perfect Location

My daughter and I couldn’t have had a more perfect getaway. The house and property are as described. It is truly so tranquil and peaceful, and has all the amenities you could need. The 3 season room was the most relaxing place to sit and could see the sunset from there or either of the decks. The location was truly perfect to get to our excursions and Charlottetown. Check in was easy and Heather and Floyd were so easy to work with. We had thought of going to an outdoor concert and Floyd offered to bring us lawn chairs. They truly have designed a beautiful, relaxing oasis, and we hope to get back for another visit!

What an experience! This was the best short term rental we have stayed at on PEI. We cooked here every night with local produce and meat and the kitchen had evetything we needed for high end cooking. We will definitely try to book again for next summer! The views here will blow your mind!

Amazing location

We had an excellent stay at this property. Heather was an excellent host and the cottage was beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the sun room. The property was in a quiet location but was close to amenities and convenient for getting anywhere on the island.

Best relaxing place with beautiful view

This cottage was so clean and so beautiful. The water view , the sunroom, the deck was so useful to relax. Heather was so wonderful and guided us where the best places to go. I would highly recommend to my friends to visit at this cottage when they are at Cornwall ,PEI . 😊

Quick off season stay

We took a chance to try and rent this cottage on very short notice. Our hosts approved our staying there starting on the day they returned from their own vacation. The cottage is VERY nice and a fantastic central location on PEI. I can not recomend this property more highly. Amazing stay, fantastic hosts and a beautiful part of thr country.

Amazing Rental

This place was a cook's dream as everything one might need was at your disposal. Or, if you are just a dreamer, you are mesmerized by the view of the river in front of you and the palette of clouds floating by overhead. Or, if you are just into reading, playing games, or relaxing you cannot believe how lucky you are! Our host, Heather, met us upon arrival, checked in with us during our stay and made sure we were not at a loss for anything! We'll definitely come back here!
