Ski-in / Ski-out and Walk to Town!

Experience the perfect mountain retreat in our ski-in/ski-out studio at The Village at Breckenridge! Located downtown at the base of Peak 9, with stunning views of Breckenridge Resort, our studio includes a king bed and pull-out couch - perfect for couples and small families. Village amenities include a heated pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center, private theater, and game room. Walk to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street restaurants and shops!

PARKING (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
- Secure, heated underground parking is available in the building for an additional fee.
Nov 1 - April 12: $45 per night
April 13 – October 31: $15 per night.
- Parking in the garage is limited and frequently fills up, especially on weekends, during ski season, and for last-minute bookings.
- Parking is not guaranteed and is not automatically included with a Vrbo reservation. Please ask about parking before booking or at the time of booking so we can confirm availability for your dates. We reserve parking through the Village for all guests.
- Vehicles must exit the garage by 11:00 am on checkout day to avoid being charged for an additional night.
- If on-site parking is unavailable, overnight off-site parking is available at the Ice Rink lot. Ask us for details.
- The Town of Breckenridge does not offer any free overnight parking.

AIPORT AND LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
- The studio is located in town, just steps from restaurants, shops, and the base of Peak 9.
- The "Free Ride" shuttle stops outside and runs throughout town.
- We recommend using an airport shuttle instead of renting a car - Summit Express is a great option.

THE STUDIO
This is an owner-managed unit. Check-in, parking, cleaning, and maintenance are handled directly by us, not the Village front desk. Check-in and access to the unit and building amenities are provided through the Village at Breckenridge app.
