Charming 3-bedroom house with 65in smart tv, Wifi, and central heat/air in town!

I'm sorry that you feel that way and the stay did not meet your expectations. Let's address each of your concerns. Each tv (3 total) was checked after reading this review. All 3 tv's are working. They are set up to accommodate guests preference for their own Netflix sign-in, Prime, Hulu, etc. I apologize that you had trouble navigating the tv's. I would have been glad to help had I received a call or message concerning your difficulties. This house rents steadily and we have never had an issue with someone navigating the tv's. As for the house being stuffy, I noticed the thermostat had not been changed. You were more than welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking. There were no house rules against lowering the thermostat and no lock on the thermostat. If I had received a phone call or message I could have helped you navigate the thermostat as well. We have never had an issue with anyone using our thermostat. I did have the owner come in to address the dust concerns. The fan in one of the bedrooms did have some dust and we absolutely apologize that it was missed. However, there was not the considerable amount mentioned in your review. This was a back to back stay and it simply was missed in preparation for your check in during a busy time. Dust behind the cabinet. I'm unsure which cabinet but only 2 tvs are on cabinets. Neither TV had enough dust to color a cloth however I when you remove the furniture from it's position there was probably dust underneath. The weird smell. I can only attribute to the new fragrance I tried by Lysol "frosted cranbery" that I cleaned the entire house with. I thought it was festive and bright but not offensive. I apologize you thought smelled weird. I will make sure we do not use it again. The last remaining issue is what I am assuming you meant the sink in the bathroom. It does have hot water. I could have explained also had you messaged. It takes a bit for hot water to come through. It's the way the house was originally plumbed. Prior to you reviewing our house Saturday morning, Thursday you asked if you could have a partial refund for Friday night since you were going to check out Friday morning. You did not relay any complaints or concerns. You said you weren't staying Friday night anyway it was for your children and they had decided to leave early as well. Despite the fact that it was during the busy holiday season and we had turned other guests down due to your booking, we sent you a partial refund as a courtesy (though we are not required to do so). Our home has numerous reviews pertaining to the cleanliness and accommodating nature of the home.
