We take all guest feedback seriously, but we must clarify several inaccuracies in this review to maintain complete transparency for our future guests. Within 90 seconds of arriving at 10:00 PM, you demanded an immediate cancellation and full refund solely because the bedding style did not match your personal preference. Over the next two hours, you sent 16 consecutive messages and calls demanding a refund. In hopes that you would feel more comfortable we offered to send out our team the very next morning to remake the bed with the solid comforter set from the closet. Once we notified you that the property’s pristine condition and working appliances had been fully documented with time-stamped photos and videos from check in day inspection was submitted to VRBO, all complaints and refund requests immediately stopped. We love hosting and will always uphold a fair policy for guests who act in good faith. Our cabin is nestled into a mountainside with a private, natural setting. Our listing includes photos from each deck across different seasons so guests know exactly what to expect. Amenities! Every appliance and amenities, including the washing machine and indoor jacuzzi tub, was and is meticulously inspected and verified in full working order prior to guest arrival. Clean and Maintained! Cleanliness and comfort are our top priorities. The cabin features high-quality, professionally laundered quilts chosen specifically for a mountain lodge aesthetic and modern, solid-color bedding sets in the guest closet. Thermostat: Guests have full control over the thermostat during their stay. Our policy only requests that upon check out that guests set the system to reasonable baseline temperatures upon checkout to prevent frozen pipes or moisture issues while the cabin is unoccupied.
