Refrigerated Air was not working!

We were miserable the first night because the air conditioner was not working. The property manager did have a technician come in before noon the following morning but he told us it would take another day before it will run at full capacity. Needless to say it was an uncomfortable sleep for the two nights we stayed. It was just frustrating for the money we spent for the two nights.

The AC was running at full capacity at 72 degrees when the AC technician was on his way. The AC technician left the AC on fan only and he gave you specific instructions to turn it back to cooling when you returned from your event that evening. I am sorry that your stay at La Casa de Tierra Luz didn't meet your expectations. I did waive the pet's fee for the inconvenience of the first night.

Home of convenience

Our stay at this home was enjoyable except for one issue that I feel it would be no fault to the owner. There must have been a block part at the house across from us and the entire coldesack was full of cars which it made it difficult to get into the area of the house we park at. Other than that the home was very accommodating to our needs. The owner was very cordial and offered any help that we may have need. The best part of the stay was the location worked out to be perfect. We spent most of our time during the weekend visiting a sick aunt only 3 minutes away in Providence East hospital. We would do this again...thanks.

comfortable and would stay again

This home is very clean and comfortable. I was thankful for an abundance of towels. The mattresses and bedding are perfect for a good night's sleep. The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The location is also convenient to stores, restaurants and sight-seeing. Martha was helpful with our late flight arrival and key exchange. Thank you, Martha. We did not shop the night we arrived (too tired!!) and were so very thankful for the coffee in the cabinet we could brew the next morning!! I will stay again when visiting my family in El Paso.

Very easy access to Ft Bliss and very family friendly.

Just like the title says, we felt at home. Very family friendly. Conveniently located close to everything you could ask for, shopping, restaurants! The house was in a great proximity to Fort Bliss, like 10 mins. We loved our stay. The house has fast internet and Direct TV. Great soft linens. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and in a good sector!

The house is in a good sector, decoration and furniture, make your stay pleasant, you can wash and dry your clothes without any problem, the patio is great to barbecue if you want to, in general very clean and comfortable. The person who rented the house was at all times pending of us.

FANTASTIC HOME!!!!!

This house is amazing and so is the owner. House is well furnished, kitchen well outfitted even with a spice rack and other nice touches, mattresses extremely comfortable, soft/plush towels, wonderful patio area, really nice smart TV with fast internet, etc etc. Will definitely be using this home again! Highly suggest to anyone.

Nice location

The location is convenient to restaurants and grocery stores and also has a playground and library close by. Several small things in the house needed to be fixed during our stay (door knobs, doors) but the homeowner was apologetic about this and tried not to be too disruptive. She could be reached easily and was flexible with us on the details of our stay.

Comfortable and clean and great hospitality!

Spacious house with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Soft linens, comfortable furniture, great master bath. But the best part was the hospitality that Martha gave. We had a medical emergency while staying at the house and Martha went out of her way to work with us on extending our stay and she even delivered a package to the hospital that arrived after our stay! Very sweet lady that made a hard time much easier on us! (She even offered to watch our dogs for us!! Who does that??) I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Martha!!

Clean, comfortable home in a convenient location, with a very courteous and attentive owner.

Really enjoyed our weekend stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. The a/c is somewhat noisy, but keeps the house nice and cool. We found ourselves in need of additional toilet paper and paper towels, but there is a great market nearby (off of Zaragosa), so we were able to get these items quickly and easily. Martha, the homeowner, is very pleasant and accommodating. If you're looking for accommodations on the east side of El Paso, this is a nice option.

Wonderful & Lovely Stay!

This home was a great choice for our 10-day stay visiting family over the holidays! We were a family group of 5 adults and 2 little ones staying in Martha's home and we were very comfortable and pleased with the amenities. Martha responded quickly to our questions, like how to do a late check-in, would there be a crib, etc. We will certainly consider Martha's house again if we return for another visit. Martha was very nice and ready for us to stay. The home is very nice and clean. We have all the accommodations we needed and the patio was nice!!! The nieborhood is great. We asked where to get items and Martha pointed us to great places for or grocery needs. If you need to stay in El Paso, this home is perfect!

Perfect choice

Martha's home was the perfect choice for our stay in El Paso! The location was close to the friends we were visiting, the cost was reasonable, and the home was comfortable. The beds were comfy, water pressure was great, and it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't have any complaints about the AC in the living room as other tenants noted, but we didn't spend many daylight/evening hours in the house. Martha is a truly outstanding owner to deal with. She was always prompt and pleasant in responding to any communications we had. She was very gracious, helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to our rather erractic travel plans. Five stars for her performance combined with the accommodations! I would be more than happy to rent this property again should we return the the El Paso area again in the not too distant future. Thanks for renting your property to us, Martha. We really enjoyed our stay!
