This cozy and inviting home is ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers seeking a serene getaway. Please note this rental is attached to a larger property. Each rental space has its own private entrance and no shared spaces between them. If you are interested in renting both spaces for larger groups please let us know!

***Please Note: This listing pertains to The Meadow, one of two vacation rentals situated on the property. Each rental features dedicated parking and separate entrances, and NO shared spaces, though guests may encounter others outside during their stay. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of all guests. If you are planning to book both accommodations for a larger group, please contact us directly for assistance.***

***Please Note: There is a security camera mounted on the exterior corner of the side porch area of the larger unit that monitors the driveway area only. There is sound and the device is recording.***

We would like to kindly inform you that although we have implemented an effective pest control program, it is important to note that the property is situated in North Georgia, surrounded by woods. As a result, it is possible to occasionally encounter insects or bugs. However, rest assured that we have taken all necessary precautions to mitigate this occurrence and ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
We ask that you please respect the following rules during your stay:

1) No pets please. Any unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction and extra charges for any additional cleaning/damages.

2) No parties or events.

3) No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the home. If you do smoke we ask that you please do so outside and away from the doors. Please pick up and properly dispose of butts. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in an immediate charge of $500 plus any additional cost of remediation. There will be additional cleaning charges for not cleaning up cigarette butts.

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
