Each bedroom has 13" luxury memory foam mattresses, individual A/C for personalized comfort, Standard-height ceilings (except one small upstairs area) and large windows for natural light and airflow.

You have two flexible options for unlocking extra rooms or accommodating larger groups:

Option 1: Add Guests via VRBO
• Add guests through the platform at $32/person/night
• For every 2 extra guests, we’ll unlock 1 additional bedroom. Up to 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom can be unlocked on the upstairs

Option 2: Prefer More Control? Message Us Directly

Skip the platform guest fees and unlock rooms directly:
• Double Bedroom – $55/night
• Queen Bedroom – $60/night (each)
• Upstairs Bathroom – $30/night

Note: 1/ If more than 12 guests, $32/person/night applies to the 13th and 14th people
2/ If 5 or more bedrooms are in use, the upstairs bathroom is automatically included for free.
