There is a large sliding glass door for ample natural lighting next to the bed. Step out on the balcony, smell the fresh salty air, and see the ocean! What an Amazing way to unwind and relax. The fully equipped Kitchenette is just on the other side of the loveseat living area. Coffee pot/k-cup available. Includes a modern full-size bathroom with shower/tub combo. Grilling is only allowed in designated areas. No grills or cooking devices are permitted on balconies, porches, patios, or common areas.
Fireworks
Fireworks are illegal within Myrtle Beach city limits.
Occupancy Limit
Per Myrtle Beach fire code, the unit may not exceed 8 overnight guests.
Pets
Only small, non-aggressive pets are allowed. Dogs over 35 lbs or deemed aggressive must be removed immediately or the renter may be evicted. Owners must pick up after pets and keep them out of the courtyard. Failure to comply may lead to eviction.
