A great stay in Culloden Shores

My family is about experiences not things. This was just that!

Short walk to a perfect beach, hammock naps and great backyard for little people to play when not at beach. Perfect outdoor spaces to eat and relax! Owner checked in on us to be sure all was great.

Beautiful home, great location!

We had an amazing time at Darren's property! Nice, quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Darren is extremely responsive and was very accommodating. The home is beautiful and has plenty of space to accommodate larger groups (we had 9). Would definitely come back!

Culloden Shores Gem

This home is a short walk to a sweet neighborhood beach on the LI Sound, great for swimming and families. The house was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. Darren is a super host, very responsive and had great local recommendations and advice. I would highly recommend.

Great Place for a Family

Everything about the rental process and the house was first rate. The owner communicated very clearly about the property, what he was providing and what we needed to provide. He was also very responsive. The location of the property is excellent - close to town, close to the water, and it has beach access. Ithe house was also very clear. I would definitely stay at the house again if we are traveling to Montauk.

Girls weekend

We stayed shortly after Labor Day at this wonderful beach house. We’ve never been to montauk, so this was definitely a great experience. The house has a great location!!! It’s so quiet and peaceful, with the private beach just a short walk ahead. A few bars and restaurants are walking distance as well like Gosmans and swallow east. Home was in great condition with everything we could need. Darren was always available to help and easy to get in touch with. Would def stay again!

Only wish we could have stayed longer!

What a great week we had! Our first time staying in Montauk but definitely not our last! The house was just wonderful! Clean, homey and the absolute perfect location. The owner was very helpful in helping us figure out the t.v. (kids wound up not watching it once!) We spent most of our time in the (well stocked) kitchen and outside at the patio table. The short walk to the private beach was a big plus, as well as the short walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Just PERFECT! Can't wait for next year!

Excellent Backyard and Private Beach

We had a nice stay at Darren's place. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and a very short walk to the private beach. Our group of 5 (4 adults and 1 infant) enjoyed the beach, the large backyard, deck(s) and outdoor shower most. TV's in each room with cable and spacious kitchen and living room made it easy for the group to wind down at the end of the day. The house is located a short drive to "downtown" Montauk, but there are several restaurants and bars within the Culloden Shores area that are within walking distance as well. Overall a great location.

Loved our experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Darren's house in Montauk! Our group was looking for a clean, cozy, and updated home to work from / enjoy everything Montauk has to offer for the month. Darren was highly responsive and helpful. We loved the private beach, large deck, and bright and comfortable rooms. We can't wait to come back again next year!!

Wonderful Montauk house near beach, great porch and back yard

I had a great experience renting this house, everything from communication, to cleanliness, and of course the spaciousness, location, and great amenities of the house. It is in an amazing location and has a great porch area in the back yard. The kitchen, dining room, and living room area is also open plan, which I appreciated. I definitely recommend!

The house in within walking distance of the up and coming Harbor where there are several bars, shops and restaurants.
In addition to being in a quite community , you are also minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean , Sole Cycle , Harvest Restaurant, Westlake Restaurant, Gurney's Yacht Club , Sloppy Tuna and many more places ..
We are a nice Bike ride to Montauk Pt. and for those of you that love Golf , Montauk Downs Golf course is just mins away.
Surfing at Ditch Plains is a short ride from the house .
