About this space
This chill and creative 2nd floor studio apartment is perfect for one or two people looking to explore Louisville. Giant south facing windows make for a bright space, and black out curtains help you sleep late. This apartment is a wonderful respite from a busy day. Super convenient location - walk to the Lynn Soccer Staidum, Waterfront Park and all the great restaurants, bars, galleries and shops the Nulu and Butchertown neighborhoods have to offer.
The space
This small but mighty efficient 500 square ft 2nd floor studio apartment is the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway or business trip for up to two people. The beautiful, 100 year old building the apartment is in makes for a cozy and romantic space and the neighborhood is truly lovely. Walking distance from the soccer stadium and water front park as well as all the food, drinks and shops of the super popular Nulu and Butchertown neighborhoods.
Keyless entry into both the main door and the studio apartment makes check in a breeze. There is plenty of free parking available on the street in front of the house.
The house is located at the nexus of two of the most popular and scenic neighborhoods in Louisville, giving you walking distance access to some of the best bars, restaurants, shops, galleries and night life the city has to offer.
We've done our best to anticipate anything you may need, and to sound proof the individual units in the house so that all our guests have a quiet and pleasant stay but be aware that this is an active apartment building with the expected coming and going associated with a lived in space.
Please note that that Cable is not provided. The SMART television has access to Netflix and you can sign into your own Amazon or Hulu accounts. WiFi is provided.

Less than a block away you have access to one of the top 15 restaurants in the country, two blocks away you can walk to fine dining, premier shopping, and nightlife. Small boutiques and small businesses rule the neighborhood and it’s vibrant, active and quiet.
