House Rules and Policies

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A $300 USD fine will be applied if any evidence of smoking is found.

Parties and loud noise are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $250 USD fine.

You may receive visitors. However, any guest not included in the reservation who stays overnight will incur an immediate additional charge.

A special rate applies for filming or photoshoots. Please consult us in advance if you wish to carry out any of these activities, as doing so without prior authorization may result in a fine.

Important Notice to Guests

As mandated by building management and to ensure everyone’s safety, all visitors must be authorized with their full name and ID number through this Airbnb chat, Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Outside of these hours, visitor access will NOT be permitted.

Please remember that all visitors must leave the apartment before 10:00 p.m. If a visitor is found to remain after that time, an automatic charge of $30.96 USD per person will apply.

It’s important to note that the guest is fully responsible for their visitors. Additionally, visitors must be accompanied by the guest when leaving the building—otherwise, they will not be allowed to exit.
