This spacious ski-in/ski-out community condo (pending snow totals) comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests (when utilizing the twin floor mat), offering the ultimate in convenience and luxury. The primary suite features a plush king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds, also with an ensuite bathroom. A cozy twin floor mattress is available for additional guests.
Relax after a day on the slopes in the private hot tub on the back patio, or enjoy the community amenities including a pool, hot tub, and exercise room. The condo offers quick access to the Silver Star lift and the popular Silver Star Café, making it the perfect base for skiing and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end Viking appliances, perfect for whipping up gourmet meals after a day of adventure. Plus, the free bus stop is just steps away, ensuring easy access to all the local attractions.

Condo Layout (please note this condo is on 3 levels)
Lower Level:
The lower level features a bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin in bunk bed, perfect for family or guests. This bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Conveniently located just down the hall, you'll find a closet housing a full-size washer and dryer for easy laundry access during your stay.
Out the back door is your own private hot tub.
Main Level:
The main level is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious open-concept living area with plenty of natural light.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end Viking appliances, perfect for preparing meals after a day on the slopes.
The adjacent dining area provides ample seating for family dinners or gatherings.
Relax in the cozy living room, complete with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace, or step out onto the small patio to enjoy some fresh air.
This level also offers a half bath and easy access to the community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and exercise room, just a quick 1 minute walk from the front door.
Upper Level:
The upper level is home to the luxurious king master suite, offering a serene retreat after a day on the slopes.
This spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a full-size soaking bathtub and a separate stand-alone shower for added relaxation.
Step out onto the private front patio, where cozy patio furniture invites you to unwind and take in stunning mountain views. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a peaceful evening after your mountain adventures.
Please note: This condo also includes access to a designated parking space within the covered and heated community garage, providing secure and convenient parking throughout your stay. No need to worry about clearing snow off your car—just park, relax, and enjoy easy access to all the local attractions and amenities.
Access to the Silver Star lift and the ski-in/ski-out convenience is subject to adequate snow conditions. Snow totals will determine the availability of these features, ensuring the best possible mountain experience.
To reach the Silver Star lift, simply take a short walk to the nearby elevator, ride it up one level, and then enjoy a brief stroll to the lift. It’s a convenient and easy way to get on the slopes quickly!
Alternatively, you can take advantage of the free Silver Star Community Shuttle or the free bus system, where one bus will conveniently take you to the main base at Park City Mountain Resort, and a separate bus will bring you back to the condo. This ensures you’ll never have a long bus ride to or from the resort, making your ski experience smooth and hassle-free.

Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
