Outside, enjoy your own private pool lanai with seating and a dining area. The pool is ideal for cooling off during warm Florida days, the area is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors.



When it comes to convenience, this villa has you covered. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a Wal-Mart Supercenter and a variety of shops and restaurants. The home is also strategically located near all the major attractions in Central Florida. You’re just 20 minutes from Legoland and 35 minutes from Walt Disney World Resorts, SeaWorld, and other exciting destinations. Universal Studios is about 40 minutes away, and a short hour’s drive will bring you to Cocoa Beach, Busch Gardens, and Clearwater.



Additional features of the home include high-speed WiFi with 300 Mbps for staying connected and High-Definition TV for your entertainment. The villa is also equipped with linens, towels, dishes, flatware, cooking essentials, a washer and dryer, and plenty of amenities to ensure you feel right at home.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, additional services like mid-stay cleaning, BBQ grill rental, and pool heat are available for an extra fee. With 24-hour emergency support and onsite management, you can relax and focus on making memories during your stay.

Please Note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.



No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee.



Not Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.



Pool Heat Policy: The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $30 per day, plus tax. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival. Once the pool heater is turned on, it can take up to 2 days for the water to reach the set temperature of 86 degrees. This could vary depending on the weather, as the colder it is outside the longer it will take for the water to warm up. Rain can also affect the water temperature and the time it takes for the water to warm up. If the temperature outside drops below 55 degrees, the pool heater will shut off. Once the temperature outside reaches above 55 degrees, it will kick back on. The pool heater runs on a timer with the pool pump; it will run from 9am to 6pm. Even at maximum temperature, the pool will not feel like warm bath water. There are no refunds for pool heat due to weather. We will only issue a refund if it is confirmed by a technician that the heater is broken or malfunctioning.
