The Space:

Enjoy your own apartment with a vintage kitchen, dining room and living room, 2 bedrooms, one large and one small with 2 full bathrooms inside each one and everything you need to be comfortable.



This apartment is decorated with a lot of style and is 70 square meters with very pleasant interiors, such as parquet floors and good water pressure. It is located on the 3rd floor with two elevators and has a concierge during the day.

1.⁠ ⁠Select the correct number of guests, as the price varies.

2.⁠ ⁠Send IDs for all guests, including minors and the person who booked.

3.⁠ ⁠When booking, please confirm that you have read and accepted our rules and cancellation policy.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in begins at 3 PM and check-out must be before 11 AM. If you need to enter early let us know and we will try depending on availability.



Final cleaning is included in the rental price, but if you would like to have a cleaning service during your stay, we can provide it for an additional charge of $400 per day.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



*We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



IMPORTANT: The elevator is not working at the moment.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
