Stay in the highly sought after Pelican neighborhood as we welcome you to our newly furnished vacation home. Built in 2016, the open-air floorplan and 3 bedrooms will give your family the space needed to relax. Soak up the sunshine by the (Heated) pool with a screened-in lanai and surrounded by palm trees & bushes for complete privacy. Beaches are a short drive away.

Our house has Culligan water treatment and filters to make sure your skin feels refreshed with soft water and amazing taste.

Enjoy dinners with our outdoor dining area, that has a 65" smart TV and propane fire pit. The area also has a pool bath for direct access after swimming or access the outdoor lounge area via sliding doors from the primary suite. Have a spa experience in the walk in shower in the primary bath.

Free use of the washer & Dryer ( No charge for electric or water usage)

Feel like cooking on the BBQ, or spark up the propane fire pit? Enjoy

We just installed an Electric pool heater for the winter months, where other pools are too cold to swim, you will be able to enjoy ours with no problems. (Extra Fee of $50 per week for Electric pool heater, If needed in winter months)

Guests have access to the whole house except for the 4th (Middle) bedroom that we have as our office and the garage which will be locked.

I am available mostly anytime via the app, I am a 5 star host and have been in the rental business for over 20 years, I like all my clients to be happy & I am very responsive.

----- About the pool

We have an environmentally friendly solar pool heater that uses the sun to warm up the pool water on cooler days (No charge), but we just installed an Electric pool heater for the winter months in case you want to swim when the water is colder.

This is important as a lot of pool houses the water is too cold to use for some people in the winter months.

Electric pool heater fee is $50 per week additional to the booking fee and will be added after booking, please ask us any questions you might have about this.
